Saved me so much time buying digital cards for my team incentives rather than having to go and buy physical cards.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, The Card Network was founded with one purpose, to inspire the way people gift. We design gift cards for gifting, and we design systems to make it easier for gifts to be given. Why? Because we know it is more than a gift card. It could be a thank you, happy birthday, I love you or even a welcome to the world! Either way, it's so much more than a gift card. It is a chance to provide happiness and gratitude, and there is nothing better than that.

They say on the card, if you lose or misplace your card they will replace it but in their terms and conditions it says the complete opposite. They will not replace your card if you lose or misplace it.
Failed to put in the card number a couple of times but go the correct pin for it. Card is now locked? and i dont have a proff of purchase because it was a gift from a relative who is old so he just threw it away after buying it. I have use the gift cards before and most of the time they work out but this is ridiculous. I do not want for my grandfather to waste $100 on a card that cannot even function. ADDITIONALLY i had no idea the card would lock after a few failed attempts, wtf? where could i find that, the website is messy as well where do i even click or go.

This system is not a SCAM but it uses unethical inbuilt friction techniques. Things like making you wait 30 seconds between each click. (Pretending to load items) Think of it like if 20% of people give up on using their $50 voucher, that's a healthy profit margin.
Don't use it and the ACCC should be investigating these systems. DO NOT USE

I was sent an email with a connection to this mob with a gift card for a Christmas Present. First off I chose a Coles Gift Card to buy with the amount and the fees added up to 3/4 of the value. Like really. What a Rip Off. Tried to call them, someone did answer after 18 min, spoke for maybe 2 mins and disconnected. No one called back. So then to Emails. waited 3 days. did get an email finally had to tell my whole story. Then sent a digital link, which would not work, and I am chasing and stressing, really thinking this is a SCAM! Sent more emails, this time they posted a physical gift card, finally received it, finally found some where where it worked and after 7 WEEKS finally got the money. That is not how this is supposed to work, we are in the days of technology. We have emails, and we get digital cards thru emails anything up to 8 a year. They always work and we can spend some of it then more later. They just work. This was the most dissappointing stretched out length of time ever to get a gift card to work via an email. Devastated. And I am technology savy to a degree. I have sold on Ebay for over 14 years, with all the changes that have occured. -
Cannot put a Date of experience, it went for 7 weeks before finally being resolved???

Genuinely a scam. Have never, ever been able to get any of there stupid gift cards to work. They send you in wild goose chase register here, sign up there, oop! we don’t recognise the card, check the pin again, the card doesn’t exist. Then they recognise the card but won’t allow you to register , so frustrating i can’t even. Honestly there business model is making it to difficult to redeem the gift card so that’s you can’t use it and they can keep the cash. TOTAL SCAM

Absolute worst gift card company, dodgey, as far as Im concerned they are scamming people with their giftcard products.
Ive been waiting for a refund coming on 7 weeks now and still Im waiting. After numerous phone calls following up, they just say the exact same thing every single phone call after putting me on hold for a very long time while as they say they will discuss the matter whilst on hold, “we will follow it up for you again with the manager”. Its beyond a joke. They are just avoiding returning my funds. Such a simple transaction refund, TAKING SEVEN WEEKS 😂. What kind of sham operation is this. I pray for the ones that are in control and allowing this tom foolery, they are a bunch charlatans.

I received a Mastercard as a gift which expired after 12months, by law they should not expire for 3 years, I cant get anyone on the phone, you wait for 15minutes then it hangs up automatically, I emailed 4 weeks ago and still not response, its a large amount of money and Im not getting anywhere, crap service... actually no service because you cant get anyone to talk to you to resolve the issue!!!!

These cards are about as useful as a waterproof teabag. I received a "DELUXE" gift card for Christmas. I've jumped through all the required hoops, activated the card online, checked the balance and expiry, tried to use at a participating store by scanning and using the pin. Still no luck. Customer service is non existent, phone calls are conveniently limited to 15 mins whereupon your call is disconnected and you are forced to send an email. They do not respond to emails either so you are stuck with a non functioning card and no way to resolve the issue. Please avoid purchasing these cards and save wasting your money.

I used my card and redeemed a online voucher but had never received the email for still waiting has been more that a week.

This is genuinely terrible. Received a TCN movie gift card, and it has been declined both online and in person at Chatswood Hoyts. Currently also declined when trying to book online at Events. I have never written a negative review before. Congratulations TCN for prompting me to do this.

Given a gift card. After pain of downloaded their app, then activating, then setting up a card on google wallet, it didn't work - embarrassing me at the front of a line. Tried but couldn't contact support. Lined up again, tried again in case it need more time to activate but it failed again, so used my own money on google wallet. Thanked my friend but explained he has just wasted $300 and not to ever give me a gift card again.
