Great card from the team at 'The Card Zoo'. Easy ordering and quick delivery. Most importantly, it went down a storm with the recipient. Thanks team - I will definitely be back.

Suspect many of these positive reviews are fake. I paid £4.99 for tracked 24 hour royal mail delivery. Ordered Thursday night and then told will not arrive until Tuesday. Customer service send generic replies and don't address the issue.

I thought the website seemed a bit dodgy when using it. It seems it's not a UK website as it asks for zip codes and states. Payment page didn't feel secure either - had to manually input all card details. Postage choices are explained in a purposefully vague and confusing manner to encourage you to pay for the highest amount. What happened to royal mail first class?

X edit as the card ended up coming on the day I needed it despite the tracking information showing otherwise. The card was nice but definitely would not use this company again.

Also.. reply from company below states no email from me but there were several. Have now replied again to someone asking me to amend this review (which I have now done). No offer to address or reconcile this issue was given

Card Zoo has a fabulous range of cards and other gifts that can be personalised. I ordered my friend a bright and sassy Betty Boop card for her 50th birthday, I was able to add her name and age to the front and add a personalised message on the inside. She can’t fail to love it. It’s perfect. The price was good and the card arrived very quickly, I was impressed. I will be shopping on Card Zoo again in the future, it’s a great site.

I must say when i need nice cards i go to The Card Zoo. The last card i bought i was over the moon with it was good quality as always and the colours on the cvards are bright just what people need. They have a super collection too,plus the delivery is fast so you really cant go wrong with The Card Zoo.

I found it difficult to find Big Ben related items so when light appeared in my search I was excited. The item was perfect, practical, fun and it made a great gift. I then looked for other items, on the website, and came across another that made the perfect gift. The items were well packaged, delivered really quickly, with helpful instructions, and I would definitely buy again 🙂

I ordered a photo jigsaw and received a really lovely jigsaw, the pieces are nice and thick so the puzzle should last for ages. The photo on the puzzle is well printed. The order was delivered in good time and was shipped in good packaging so arrived in good condition.

Great item - A novel way to gift a ticket! Super fast and really clear up to date information on postage and delivery times.

Beautiful cards

I ordered three personalised Christmas cards for my grandsons which failed to arrive for reasons unknown.
On contacting Card Zoo I was directed to Customer Service member Victoria who dealt with the issue in a most professional, efficient and friendly manner and the problem was speedily resolved.
Thank you Card Zoo for amazing customer service but a particular thank you to Victoria.

Great personalised gifts and cards Odered nightlights for my grandchildren rooms with their names on.When they arrived one was the incorrect item.Contacted them and they replaced the item within a couple of day no quibble very helpful and will use them again.

A few weeks ago I ordered a graduation card for my grandson but unfortunately when it arrived the wording on the front was wrong. I contacted the company and received an immediate reply from Victoria who took the correct inscription and this morning the new card arrived. I’m delighted to say that everything was correct and the card arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
I thoroughly recommend this company and will be using it in future.
