My experience at The Career Academy has been positive. The course is well-structured and easy to follow and the instruction is clear. Sometimes when I stuck on assignment, I go to the student discussion and some of the students have already ask the same question that I need help with and it help me also without asking question. Some of the lesson is new to me but I never give up on trying as best as I can the career academy is well support and the instruction is very helpful to me.

I was helped by the customer service which they answered thoroughly all my questions as I was replying back to them. then referred me to payment team and they got back promptly and then student services showing me how to get into the course. there was alot of things I did in that one call and I was very very happy with the outcomes and greatly appreciated there overall teamwork and would recommend to other people
