I called and talked to Taylor Kalicky. She was able to help me get my order entered and shipped out same day. She even followed up with an email later in the day to confirm that it did ship knowing that I really needed the totes delivered on the next business day. Really appreciated the extra effort.

Overall it wasa good experience. Claudia was excellent and very helful. The guys at the warehouse were very helpful. Overall a good exchange. The only negative I have would be , the $250.⁰⁰ minimum purchase amount. For a small business like myself that is a bit of a burden. A $150.⁰⁰ minimum would be more conveinent.

Great customer service
While the website check out presented issues, the customer service when I called, was wonderful. Very helpful with placing the order. Addison, the CSR was great. Our will call order was ready on time. We received notification when it was ready for pick up. The invoice and documents for the items were promptly emailed to me upon pick up. I even received a notification when our technician picked the items up.
