Wonderful facial cream
In May I got my cream. Since then I've been using it. It feels so wonderful on the skin like silk and makes my skin smooth. So I decided to order the night cream as well. Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive and was lost in transit. I'm living in Tenerife, Canary islands and it happens very often that parcels don't arrive. So I asked for a refund. The support was very nice and the company quickly refunded me. I'm really happy about the service but I'm very sorry I couldn't get the cream. The products are really wonderful.

I have been using for a while now and it is almost a miracle cream - saw a difference in my skin in a short space of time the Firm and renew formula - but the video went on far too long about the night one and I would have liked to have the chance to buy one to try - but 3 was offered and I got the Jist of how good you said it was and the video was going on and one - I find it off putting when that happens

Update to my previous negative review
I purchased a six-month supply of Firm and Restore with great hopes that I would see a noticeable improvement in the firmness, volume, and elasticity of my skin, as the promotional video had promised. When I did not see the promised results, I contacted customer service to request a full refund in accordance with their stated 180-day guarantee. They only refunded me EUR 162 of the EUR 234 I had paid. I have been trying for 4 months now to obtain the remaining EUR 72 without success. Today I found out that they had in fact refunded the EUR 72 on March 19, 2026, but never notified me of this. I am just sorry that this had been resolved without my having any knowledge of it, which led me to spend quite a bit of time continually contacting them to inquire why I had not received the amount that was still due to me.

Phone # doesn't work from website and some emails come back undeliverable.
I ordered 3 bottles of their products on May 27, 2026, for a total of $186.00 and have yet to receive anything from them as of today, June 13, 2026. The phone # on their website does not work and when I try to respond to an email from them, it comes back undeliverable. Very frustrating. So, I don't know if I'll ever receive this product or not. It is charged to my PayPal account and if I don't receive it soon, I plan to dispute the charges.

HOWEVER:
I am writing to send a 10 star Review for a Chelsea Customer Service Agent named JOSE - who works out of Las Vegas. He was simply AMAZING with a capital "A."
Jose was personable, interested in my problem (No Product) he got right on it, he had a sence of humor (which I needed ) and he actually talked me out of cancelling my order. I was a bit annoyed at all the emails from Chelsea asking for a product review and I had not received the product.
This man needs to be promoted!

I it’ll change your life, it won’t
I don’t have a problem with the service. I ordered, it came. The marketing is amazing and they do keep at you once you’ve made the purchase. The emails stopped the second I queried why I needed to purchase all the extra’s when I’d just purchased the cream that “does it all”. I’m so so disappointed in the cream. It really did promise everything. All I can say is, it’s a cream, it didn’t give me spots , it didn’t give me anything. Nothing. Don’t get sucked in, it really is just a nothing cream. I used it religiously morning and night and wish I could give it praise. Sadly, bottle finished and I won’t be wasting any more money on it.

Marketing tactics just destroy it….
I would love to give this product a try, but will never do business with a company that requires me to sit through such a lengthy video. The marketing is atrocious, and setup like so many scams. There is no reason that all of the same information could not also be made available for us to read and research. If your product is truly this authentic, results will sell it. Then, when you get to the order screen, the option to opt out of a subscription is so small you can barely see it. That’s just heinous. Can we please just get an honest company without all of the sinister marketing??? Nope, you lost a customer.

After being very unsure about buying the cream i did take the plunge and bought the Firm and Restore cream which i have been using for just over a week now. The texture of the cream is very light and doesn't leave a greasy feel, it soak in and leave the skin really fresh and very smooth, i will definitely purchase again. Even when you have received your order they still keep intouch and are there for your questions, I love this product its so easy to use, they say 60 seconds in a morning and they are spot on, the cream instantly speaks in leaving no stickiness, its none greasy however very moisturisering, I love it because I can put my sun screen over it in minutes , my skin feels so hydrated

Started to watch the video. It went on and on. Didn't even get to the end. I'm sorry but it's not a good way to sell a product by boring the customer to death !

I never ordered a bottle of Firm and Restore Night Formula and got an email they would be charging me $89.
I will dispute my billing and send back the product if I have to.
The first article that came up upon researching The Chelsea Laboratory was that many people claimed it was a spam.

I love these lotions
I love these lotions. I use the day and night moisturizers every day. They smell great and they go on so smooth. I don't expect miracles but they sure do make my skin feel great! The reviews here are often laughable. You give them a 1-star because you couldn't watch the whole video. LOL .... I highly recommend these lotions. Yes, the price is a bit high but they last a LONG time! I'm stocked up :)
