Very uncomfortable shoes

This is a terrible company to deal with! I ordered the correct size slippers 10.5. They were far far too small, even though the base said they were 46/47. I asked for a return label and was met with a blank ‘company policy’. The person who answered my emails was clearly a bot and presumably based in china, in spite of the fact that on my bank statement it says London.

Terrible company to deal with, my wife ordered a pair of shoes from this company and they sent out the wrong size.
They are refusing to cover the return shipping costs and have been rude and difficult to deal with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The slippers are of very poor quality. Due to them shipping from China, it wasn’t a quick delivery either. I’m now battling with them to get a refund however they are poor at correspondence and not making the process easy. Personally I would say avoid!

Very cheap and nasty, just don’t try returning the as they want you to ship to the USA at your expense even though they appear to be uk based. STEER CLEAR!

Slides don’t fit and they will not send a return label. Offering to send new pair of I send more money!! Brutal!!

The order took over two weeks to turn up .
When they arrived in a cheap plastic bag I could tell that this was a very cheap low quality product.
After many emails to return them they finally give me there returns address in the USA . You have to pay for the return so it’s not worth the cost to you .don’t buy anything from this company.

I ordered my slides 20 days ago and my card was charged the same day but I have not received the product. The tracking information looks fake. It updates every day or two with a vague status like, "Departed from departure country" or "Received by logistics company". I wish I had done more research before purchasing.

Update Jan 10th. My order did arrive. I received exactly what I ordered. The slides were hard and unyielding. Not very cloudlike. But they did eventually come.

I ordered some slippers that were too big, I requested to return them and the only return address is america and needs to be tracked. This is a cost to me of £24 as much as the slippers cost in the first place. Whilst their customer service is very responsive they basically tell you that's your problem. Very risky making a purchase from this company.

I wish I’d read the reviews before buying! Serves me right for buying something that came up on my Facebook feed. They came quickly, wee comfy for a week or two then started to fall apart. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered slides and they never arrived, I reached out to support but they refused to tell me what was going on. Instead they offered me 30% off to buy a new pair.

Complete scam.

Update...callled credit card company to dispute charge and 30 minutes later got an email from the company...and a couple weeks later the slides arrived...let's update to a low 2 stars...Seems to be a complete scam. Ordered 3 pair of Cloud Slides, credit card charged but no email order confirmation and nothing ever received. They state available 24/7 but phone number message just says not able to accept call, directs you to send email and hangs up. Multiple emails have gone unanswered.

Ordered a pair of slippers, only £25.99, stupidly didn't take a confirmation screenshot, but 10 days later, I chased them up to say I haven't received any emails about confirmation or tracking to be told there's no record of the order! Payment has been taken but nothing on their end. Complete scam.
Contacted my bank and lodged a dispute. Bank have refunded me as I have proof but terrible way to run a business. (If it's legit)
On a plus, I have had good customer service via email, but as good as they were it hasn't helped my situation

Would give no stars if I could! Placed an order 2 December 2024 and still not received! On further investigation I see it’s not a UK company at all! Scammers! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I've never worn slides this comfortable before. The Cloud Slides truly feel like walking on air!

It took a month to receive my three pairs of cloud slides. They are complete garbage quality tried to return them. They offered me 50% off my next pair and are now not responding to any of my emails for a return. Please let anyone you know not to order from this company. It’s a total scam and their products are complete garbage

Returning is impossible. The cost is on you, and to send them back to the US is £15. Half the cost of the slides. The customer service is also very rude when you want to return. They will do anything not to have you return them. So be warned - only buy if you are happy not to be able to return them for a refund

I want to return my shoes but they just offered for me to keep them and pay another $10 to get a third pair. Huh? I don't want ANY pairs. Now they are no longer communicating with me via email and ignore my request to supply a return address.

I received my lined slides yesterday. After wearing for a few minutes, my metatarsal pain was gone. My knee pain was significantly reduced. Love my shoes.

I absolutely LOVE these slides, it is easily the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn and I am a shoe lover! They don't slip off your feet and you absolutely never feel any rubbing or soreness!
