Didn't hear from them for 20 days now since I ordered. Still waiting for refund. I'm disputing the charge with my bank. Do not order anything from them.

Seems like a scam. I didn't read reviews before purchasing. This company is a joke. They send a different size then one orders, then they say to keep them and order a new pair at 50% off. They ultimately are getting $15 from everyone and no one gets the product they want. I'm disputing this with my credit card and hope no one else gets scammed into this.

Terrible quality.
I use this kind of slippers since two years and thought to give a chance to this company.
It is so poor made that it feels that you walk barefoot on tar rather than clouds.

All reviews here about how hassle returning the slides is very true! I felt I have been scammed at the beginning, the slides were crap when I received - low quality and sizes are off.
As I want full refund, I want to send back to them the slides but very difficult to get full details of the recipient even after several exchanges of email.

Worst customer service

Don't buy this company is a complete con! They send you the products from China, not UK based at all. and then to return you have to send them to the US. Awful customer service with generic replies after waiting for days. The slippers were way too small too and their sizing is all over the place so I'd advise looking elsewhere!

The slides were not comfortable for me. I contacted company within the 30day return time frame for a refund. I received a response with an offer for two more pairs for ~$10 to give as gifts. I declined and asked for a refund. I received another response offering me more free items. I declined and asked for a refund. The next email had several requirements for a refund. They wanted me to provide pictures of slides and a picture of shipping label and tracking #. I responded that return policy stated it was “hassle free”. I felt nothing but hassled. I responded that I would rather donate the slides and would be posting a review about their “hassle free” return policy.

Sent the wrong size. Shoes coming from China. Need to chase and chase then being told okay to send back (to IOWA in the US from the UK) for full refund on the shoes but not the postage!

I'm suspecting they're sending out the wrong sizes because they know full well that most people won't be bothered to do anything and just write the money off!
£40 quit is a lot of money to just hand over to such scammers.

I'm speaking to my bank right now to get the money back and I'd encourage everyone who was scammed, to do this as well.

The Sooner You Report Them To The Authorities, The Sooner We Will Get The Scam Artists Off The Streets.
All of these reviews on Trustpilot and the Better Business Bureau say the same thing as I experienced. In fact, the BBB gave them an F-rating. So, it is definitely a deceptive pattern of fraudulent business practice. This activity should be reported not only in online reviews but also to the Attorney General's Office in the state that you are living in. Also, this company needs to be reported to the Federal Trade Commission by each and every person who has used the word "scam" throughout their reviews of thecloudslides.com as they will continue to prey victim upon other consumers on a daily basis until they are caught red-handed and put out of business once and for all. This is how they make their living. They need to get a real job instead of conning people out of their hard-earned money. Also, the Internet Crime Complaint Center is run by the FBI, the lead federal agency for investigating crime. Trustpilot doesn't allow links, or I would post it, but it comes up in a google search. Anyway, please report these people to the FBI. They are doing a large volume of business because they are an international company. The FBI doesn't think very highly of people like this conning consumers, especially the elderly, (like me) using the funds out of their only source of income, their Social Security retirement - Which is what I used to buy these $1.50 hard-as-a-rock made-in-China flea market shoes. They deliberately left out the address on their website. That is no accident. And their phone recording saying to email is the same phone number as the one at their corporate office. You cannot reach them by phone. They have planned it that way. That is no accident. This is a plot to steal your money. Make no mistake. This is a racket. They do not answer your emails intentionally. You have been swindled, duped, and so have I. The sooner you report it to the authorities, the sooner we will get the scam artists off the streets. Here's another one: Econsumer.gov. There is strength in numbers. There has to be a pattern established for the law to take action, a "deceptive pattern of fraudulent business practice" and when I see 40 complaints ALL SAYING THE SAME THING, I know there is a pattern.

The shoes dont fit and are uncomfortable. I have asked them over 7 times (contact@cloudslides. com) for the shipping address so that I can get my refund but they won't give me an address. They keep offering me to buy a new pair at 50% off, or a 50% refund and keep the shoes. I keep telling them no, I want to return them for a refund, but they are not responding to that. They are a SCAM company. Don't buy from them!

I ordered what I thought was an 11 and that it would fit. When I received the pair, they were smaller than I expected. So I was going to exchange them but when I looked on their website, the 10, 11 and 12 sizes are all basically the same size. There is no difference in the American sizing between those 3. When I reached out to return them, the person offered me a coupon and instead to gift them to someone else. I wanted clarification and I was told, it would be best to gift the pair and that they would give me a 30% discount instead because it would be at least 10 bucks to ship them back. so I would not get a refund and I was being told to gift them, be out the 45 bucks and I would only get a 30% coupon instead. So disappointing. and I am out the 45 as I cant purchase another pair because they wont fit.

They are the most uncomfortable slides ever. I did the hot water soaking and keeping them in a warm place without improvement. A shoe should be comfortable from the start without having to do anything to it. Poor customer service and no return policy. Do not waste your money.

Terrible customer services. Hours after placing my order I realized I chose the wrong foot size. I have reached out 4 times since then to correct it and have been totally ghosted. Brutal.

It's too late to realize this is a scam company. Should've done more research before paying for the over-priced slippers. No way to return once they took the money of your pocket.

Shocking service from this seller. Bought pair of slides for holiday which took weeks to arrive so no use as did not arrive in time. Returned to address on package at a cost of £4. Sent them proof had been delivered 4 weeks later still trying to get my money back. £23.99 wasted AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. You can get same slides from Temu at 3rd of the price and much better service.

What the other reviewers said about their bad customer service is true .
They say on their site they have a 30 day return policy . When in all actuality there return policy is practically non existent.
The slippers have such a plasticity feel to them I would be surprised if it cost them more than a dollar to manufacture one .

Do not buy from this company. They are not in the uk- no response when you enquiry about parcel, which is coming from Japan! Not had what I paid for- tracking is dreadful. Avoid!

I like my slides and they came fast.

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. They fraudulently tell you they have a HASSLE-FREE return policy within 30 days. The minute you contact them, they try to get MORE money out of you by selling you another pair and "telling you to keep what you have". NO THANK YOU. I just want my money back; and the response is non-existent.

Absolutely disgusting customer service . They got my order wrong sent me wrong size aqua shoes. It cost £30 to send back shoes, they have received the product back yet no refund for over a month now. Emails don’t get answered. Never buy from these crooks.
