They sent me a wrong order, and I’ve sent over 5 mails to them to get it exchanged or a refund at least but I’ve not gotten any response for almost a week now.
I’m convinced it’s a scam brand with a very bad customer service.

Disappointing experience – unclear refund policy and privacy concerns
I purchased two skincare products from The Confidence Shop and was unfortunately disappointed with the results. While the products smelled nice and had a pleasant texture, they showed no visible effect, even after consistent use for over six weeks.
I tried to make use of their advertised "60-day money-back guarantee" – which was presented as unconditional and simple. However, once I contacted customer service, I was asked to submit daily photos or videos of my body to prove product use and lack of results. This requirement was never mentioned during the purchase or in the guarantee wording, nor is it found in their Terms & Conditions.
Requesting photos of my body (including sensitive areas) for a refund is not only disproportionate but also raises serious data protection concerns. According to GDPR, such images are considered sensitive personal data and should not be required without proper legal basis, transparency, or consent.
Despite multiple polite and well-substantiated emails, the company has refused to process my refund unless I provide this kind of documentation.
Buyers should be aware that the refund process may not be as straightforward as advertised, and I strongly urge the company to revise their policy in line with data protection laws and honest marketing practices.

This is my second order for stretch marks and cellulite and is really working… but no update on the delivery, opted for next day delivery on my first order but took days to deliver and customer service was a bit rude when I tried to find out about my delivery… but the product works for me.

Price has jumped up £10 and delivery can be slow. That said the customer service is excellent and they're always willing to swap on offers if there's a cream you don't really want.
The hydration cream is the best I've ever used so I continue to buy from here regardless I just make sure I order in good time.

I bought the belly fat, loose belly skin and cellulite bundle ..it made no difference at all. When I emailed the company the reply I got back was laughable.." the creams on themselves don't work..u have to do exercise, reduce what you eat and drink more water". I exercise 3times a day, drink 3 to 4 litres of water on a daily basis and my overall diet is healthy. Ladies, save yourself some money.. and dont waste it on these dream creams that give you false promises. Also, if you want your refund because they dont work, you apparently have to take photos..but I am guessing even taking photos wont guarantee your money back as the company will no doubt see some form of improvement.

This company is a scam!!! Do not believe the false reviews on their website. There product does absolutely nothing at all and when you try and take advantage of the money back guarantee they just fob you off. I had 2 replies from them then nothing. I have now reported them to my credit card who are now dealing with them as a fraudulent payment. For your own good stay as far away from this company as possible it's a total scam.

This is definitely a scam company. I ordered a cream, it did not work at all so I followed the 60 days money back guarantee from the official website but I was sent really unprofessional, rude emails and I was refused the money back guarantee even though I followed the process from the website. I contacted my bank who debited the funds to me and they will be in touch with the company to gain the funds from this scam. Products didn’t work and very rude, aggressive and unhelpful staff. Stay away from this company! They don’t offer a money back guarantee so this is a big lie.

Arrived in 5 days ! Great experience
I am pleased to say I placed my order on 23rd May it was delivered just now on 28th May with a bank holiday weekend in between.
When I placed the order and told my daughter she sent the trust pilot link to me I tried to cancel the payment but it was too late.
I received 3 emails from the company updating me of the order’s progress including it arriving with Evri
What ever issues they had I think have been sorted
The products are packaged well. I can’t wait to get started
I would have given 5 stars if one of the boxes hadn’t been damaged the product inside is perfect though
I will definitely buy again when I see the results
