I stumbled across this gem of a company while looking for something a bit different for my husbands birthday, I chose a decanter with matching glass, I emailed Clare with a question and she phoned me within minutes, she is lovely, less than 48hrs after placing the order it was delivered on his birthday and he loves it, I will definitely be ordering more gifts soon. Ordered two of the spirit bottles for Christmas, arrived earlier than expected even with the ongoing postal strikes!. One of the bottles was custom designed for a navy veteran, and when it arrived I couldn't have been more delighted with the design. Exactly customer service when I order…
Exactly customer service when I order failed to arrive and appeared that Royal Mail had lost them. They replied straight away to my query. They made a second set and were ready to post when 1st set suddenly reappeared with Royal Mail and arrived safe and sound. Will definitely use this company again and I highly recommend them.
