Given up ever thinking Fed Ex will deliver and Crib of Art can’t do anything to help. Just decided to write off quite a few hundred pounds since quite frankly I can’t deal with the stress, It was money my children gave me to buy something for my new house which is a shame since we are all disappointed Don’t use this company or Fed ex

Fed ex finally turned up!!!

Everything well boxed and so far what I’ve seen the pictures are worth the reduced rate I paid.

Customer service team have been responsive but they seem to have zero influence on Fed ex as well! Crib of art find a new carrier!

RIP off

I paid for a Chanel no 5 canvas with no frame. The frames are shown as being on the front, so I wrongfully assumed that it would be stretched and wood mounted. However I have just received it and it is basically a poster! This company is a con, it charges low prices for poster and an absolute bomb for the frame. I could have bought the same print but mounted for the same price elsewhere. It was £48 for the print!!!

Ripp off untrustworthy unresponsive

Cancellation of order and delivery the product when I informed them immediately of all the orders to be cancelled. Also this website is a rip off , they change their prices all the time.

Iv asked for a refund and to cancel orders and they have yet to do so. Its thier responsibility to sort that out and take back thier products as soon as the client has informed them of cancelling thier order. Then issue an immediate refund to thier client.

THEY ARE A FRAUD

THEY ARE FRAUD. THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU RETURN THE PICTURE. They will make cheap excuses to let keep their cheap painting with you and they will tell you that they will refund 30% to 50% of the order value, knowing that this cheap printed poster is literally worth no more than $10. Rather be reported to the FTB for their fraudulent policies. This is a junk website selling off cheap junk posters. They’re shameless and fraudulent.

Save your money: this is a ripoff

When buying products from an unfamiliar company I usually research reviews but in my haste with the Christmas rush didn’t do so this time. What an absolute waste of money. It is just a cheap framed poster. I doubt that I could get $10 for it selling it secondhand. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS. You have been warned. I would be embarrassed to show this in my home as it would be a reflection or truly bad taste. DON’T BE A SUCKER AND FALL FOR THEIR SALES GIMMICKS IE, DISCOUNTS OR FREE SHIPPING

Thieves. Shame zero stars is not an option.

Absolute complete rubbish! I ordered 3 prints totaling over £200. The first print arrived and it was little more than a print I could have done on my home printer. They wanted to charge me £70 for it! I tried to cancel the second and third print immediately only to have the order changed from pending to dispatched within minutes of my cancellation and then I was told I couldn’t cancel the order. The order then remained in that status for two weeks and finally shipped. The order shipped from within the uk however their return address is in Holland. That alone should be a major red flag.
I was supplied the return address and then returned the items via a tracked mail service.
They have gamed me since my purchased, lied and are now trying to swindle me out of the refund by saying I hadn’t contacted them about the return. When I asked how else would I have got the return address if I hadn’t requested it they didn’t respond.
Seriously, avoid this cowboy outfit unless you want weeks worth of frustration, headaches, deception, irritation and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

Buyer Beware

For once I didn’t read the reviews before ordering, I usually do a lot of research. One of my many mistakes! I ordered a fun picture for my dressing room. Apparently heavily discounted. I thought I had ordered a framed canvas - my mistake I ordered a framed print, fair enough my error.

Print (?) arrived quickly and undamaged.
Frame is a very cheap frame - can probably get from IKEA of Amazon.

The print is a poster not a print of very poor quality. It is not scaled to fit the size of the frame so the outer edges of what I thought I had bought are cropped.

When I initially queried that I thought I had ordered a canvas I was informed I had ordered a print, that is my mistake. The suggestion was due to postage costs I should gift to someone else and they offered me 15% off a canvas. To be fair they responded in less than 24 hours.

I won’t be following that suggestion - given the very poor quality I would be embarrassed to gift to anyone. I won’t be ordering anything from this company and will have to write off the outlay as a mistake.

I would not recommend.

Crib of Fart

It's not often I go out my way to write a bad review but this company is the worst. Broken frame on arrival, wrong coating on front, and then offered me a "partial refund" but the item had reduced price after I sold it and refund meant I was out of pocket.... For a damaged product. Honestly really not a good company, do, not, buy! You've been warned.

Never ordering again..

I just placed and order with exact instructions where to send my purchase and they are now delivering it to the address I am not at! I’m furious and there is not tel no to reach them. I will not order from a company that handles purchases like this when there are many more who actually do what you request them to do in order to get what you paid for!

Order a print from Crib of Art and then…

Order a print from Crib of Art and then stumbled on the reviews which didn't put me in good hope of getting the artwork. Eventually arrive about 2 weeks late and was wrapped and boxed very good. Paid about £150 for an XL print with black frame. This was reduced from £550. Not sure it's worth the £150 we paid but looks OK. Does mention about top quality museum standard canvas but this I doubt. Will see what's its like after a few months to see if it falls apart or starts to ripple. Would go to a shop next time so that we can view the quality. Wouldn't of wanted to pay any more and happy with what we have.

Got my order wrong 3 times in a row

Got my order wrong 3 times in a row, made me pay for the return from an international destination. Had to threaten them with Chargeback to get my money back.. Would not recommend.

Do Not Buy!

Terrible quality, do not buy! The resolution of the image was awful, very blurred. The back of the image was flimsy card and the front was plastic and you could see ripples in it. The quality is very poor and looks cheap. To return it will cost me more than the picture is worth. They have offered 30% refund! Do not waste your money on these low quality images.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! The art is sooo cheap. SHOCKINGLLY POOR QUALITY. It was delivered damage. They asked for several pictures which I sent and then would NOT accept a return. They said that I was responsible for shipping it to the Netherlands at my cost. WORST COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!!!!
