Found DC on the Puregym app where I follow and watch all of his videos. I find him an inspiration, professional, funny, authentic, and much more. He has helped me through lockdown and if he were to continue his 'The Cross Trainer' journey, I'd certainly follow. Great classes and workouts with hidden jokes inside (if you know, you know) :)

I am currently 1 week into The Cross Trainer's 4 week programme and it is absolutely brilliant. There are a variety of classes Monday - Friday, which are available to book through a really easy to use app, and the classes are at a time which should be accessible to most. All members have access to a group chat within the app, which is great as although we are doing the classes via Zoom, it really does feel like you are exercising with everyone else (as you would at a gym class). Dave is one of the best instructors I have ever come across. His enthusiasm and passion for fitness is infectious. You find yourself working harder and pushing yourself further when training with him. Dave is very present within the group chats, he offers 1-2-1 advice sessions, and is always available to answer any questions you may have.

Fantastic fitness programme!
I’m currently doing a 4 week programme with Dave Cross of The Crosstrainer. Dave has been incredibly supportive, encouraging and has kept me motivated throughout. The programme is very professional and offers a combination of 1-1 support, great classes, an app for booking and regular updates from the programme. Dave has also set up a community page which has provided members a platform to support each other. I am already feeling the benefits!

Professional boutique style classes with a great coach
Dave aka The Cross Trainer is a great person to work out with! Fantastic value for money, varied classes which are to a high standard and are fun and challenging. Really engaging content and great accountability with 1 2 1's and an interactive members group. Really professional use of an app to book, chat with others as well as Dave himself if needed. I really love the Merch as well, can't wait to wear my new kit! Cannot recommend highly enough to be able to work out with one of the best in the business.
