These oils are amazing
These oils are amazing. The scents leave your hands smelling so so good and have helped grow my nails out so much. Not only that but since using the oils my nails are really strong and firm. Absolutely love them. Postage was super quick with no issues too. I even got free sweets!

Amazing products!
This is my 2nd time ordering this brand with watching their TikTok lives and supporting that way. I’m always so happy with products I receive and the many scents they offer. Very quick shipping as well, received in less than a week. In my two mystery bags that I paid £30 for, I received products that would full price be £50+. Would highly recommend!

Messaged last month asking what is the recommended led/uv lamp is for curing the gel polishes as it’s not stated on website. They never got back to me so haven’t been able to order and I have found another brand to go with.

Lovely oils but tried out their new dreambuild to which was great at first but retention on clients wasn’t even a week whereas my normal biab lasts 4 weeks. Emailed for support and to explain I wasn’t happy to be sent a email back to me blaming my prep work and that the issue is clearly within my work. I used to use their oils and love their products but will now be avoiding. Customer service is shocking
As for your comment below slandering a new nail tech is so professional of yourself, I was not aggressive over email after you told me ‘there is an issue with your prep’. I cannot believe how you have just carried yourself online, my first review wasn’t rude but you’ve taken it to the next level clearly

Thanks for your review. As a professional nail technician you should know that prep work needs to differ from brand to brand especially when you’ve never used a hypoallergenic system before but you refused. I tried to help you across a handful of emails which if I shared I’m sure everyone will agree were not rude but instead incredibly keen to make you happy. Within my very first email I assured you we would resolve this for you and then I followed the necessary safety protocol to make sure all steps were being followed in a safe manner which you did not want to know. Since my final email to you it has come to my attention that you have been a nail technician for no more than 4 weeks qualified via a £15 course. I think it is extremely important to make the effort to educate yourself and listen to necessary safety protocols especially when it wasn’t included in your training.
However, before knowing this, over email I kindly recommended slightly different techniques, which I stressed to you were not ‘wrong’ in the first place, but when testing any new system you need to adapt prep to suit especially when you’ve never used hypoallergenic before. To make our formula as safe as it is, there are no harsh sticking agents like the ones you mentioned you’d used - therefore prep would need to be adapted to suit this.
It saddens me that being aggressive over email when a refund was already on its way is more important to you than understanding how to ensure a safe prep is included in a service.
In regards to your edit -
I never slandered you being new, we all start somewhere. But if you are new and refuse to educate yourself for the sake of your clients that’s where changes need to be made. I also never said there was an issue with prep as I’ve already mentioned, I told you that what may be perfect prep for one brand might not work at all for another.

Beautiful packaging, nice smooth oils that make cuticles feel soft!
Did take a while to receive but that would be royal mail not the TCL team.
- Rich grape 9/10. Smells amazing (like a grape vape pen) but with a hint of plastic
- Coconut. 4/10. Smells nice (not coconuty enough, kinda smells like jojoba not coconut)
- Vanilla 6/10 Smells good (not very strong scent, reminds me of the vanilla So spray and its a little plasticky)
