Don’t order unless you want to wait ages for your order to arrive
I ordered one cuticle oil and it’s been nearly a week and still hasn’t shipped and the shipping time will be about 5 days on top, I emailed the company and got a really sarcastic rude reply about the delivery times about how they’re a small business so take longer to ship products out, I do appreciate this but waiting 2 weeks for a cuticle oil to arrive is just ridiculous

I can see that you ordered on Sunday the 25th of February and it was delivered on Saturday the 2nd March. This is 6 days (4 working days) and not 2 weeks as claimed.
Our processing time is up to 5 working days and our delivery time is up to 3 working days - this is clearly shown to you at checkout when choosing your preferred delivery method. Regardless, your order was delivered before it was even due for dispatch.
In regards to the email response, we replied within 15 minutes out of hours to assist you, where we apologised that you were disappointed and kindly advised that your order was on time and would be with you soon.
Please also note that our products are handmade individually.
Please don’t post untrue reviews for small businesses!
