Great experience with the company. At first was a bit hesitant as hadn’t brought an expensive item before through private sellers so wasn’t sure if it was all going to go smoothly.

Thankfully it was a great experience with emails answered promptly and delivery was very promt and communicated with me.

I recently purchased a statue/ornament from this seller via eBay and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.

When the item arrived, the packaging was in very poor condition. While the outer box itself was intact and no damage, the inside of the box was damp, wet and parts of the internal packaging appeared old and were covered in visible mould. The statue itself also had mould present on parts of it when removed from the packaging.

While the ornament itself was structurally intact and usable, I had to clean and sterilise it thoroughly before I felt comfortable keeping it. Receiving an item in this condition was unexpected and concerning.

Proper storage and packaging are essential, particularly for decorative items that may be displayed inside the home. I would have expected better care in ensuring the item was dry, clean, and appropriately packed before dispatch.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for purchases of delicate items, based on my experience.

Was a returning customer to DFC. I bought a rug from the DFC which on receipt had more marks/stains than advertised. This was disappointing. However, when I raised this DFC were keen to resolve the problem, even offering to pick it up and give a full refund. In the end DFC paid for a professional clean of the item and this fixed the issue. So ended up with a great floor covering at a good price. Without this it would have been a 5 stars.
