Good, reliable service, guys communicated through WhatsApp to arrange convenient date and time. They gave me 3 hrs window for delivery the day before it was due, arrived on time, sofas were professionally packed and delivered to my lounge with care. No fault whatsoever, highly recommended 👍

These guys were more than helpful.
Picking up a piece of furniturs I’d bought on line they fixed a date, gave a timeslot, turned up on time. But the furniture would not fit through the front door (the seller had assembled it indoors but not thought of the size vs front door for sending it out. No problem, they returned two days later (no additional cost) after he dissembled it. I paid a little more for a second person to help with the collection, well worth it. They fixed a
date & time to deliver to me were spot on, and carried the sofa in. Good, flexible, helpful guys, I recommend them.

The delivery people didnt even bother…

The delivery people didnt even bother taking my item to my house - the whole time that we were walking to my house they were both complaining about the distance to my house as well as trying to hustle me for more money. After I refused to give them more money they just dropped the item and left. They were a complete joke.

Very polite and helpful

Delivery was smooth and efficient, communication from delivery staff was excellent, messaged to confirm delivery time then called 1 hour then 10 minutes before arrival.
They worked really hard to get quite a large sofa through quite a small hallway. Really polite and helpful gents.

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Two delivery drivers entered my home and aggressively demanded £65 from my partner, refusing to leave until payment was made. This caused unnecessary stress and intimidation inside our own house.

After calling the office, we were told it was a “mix up”. That is not an acceptable explanation for intimidating behaviour in someone’s home. Staff should never pressure customers, refuse to leave, or create an environment where someone feels threatened.

The situation was eventually resolved, but the conduct of the drivers was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Serious concerns around customer safety, training, and behaviour standards.

Competitive price

Competitive price, clear communication regarding delivery time, with both a 3 h slot delivery given the previous day and, in my case, a second text advising me that the driver was 50 minutes away. They brought the chairs in and were courteous throughout.

The delivery itself was okay

The delivery itself was okay, but I was disappointed that the delivery date was changed without informing me or apologising for the inconvenience caused. Better communication would have made the experience much better. Other than that, the delivery went smoothly.
