We would highly recommend Richard. He fixed our heating after one of our radiators had fallen off the wall causing a leak. The leak was in an awkward place but he managed to fix it with no fuss. The price was very good and Richard is very trustworthy. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Richard is polite and did everything efficiently without any mess. He turned up when said he would, left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Rich is great, he’s super reliable and can fix anything. From leaky rads to full bathroom fittings and even building work, no job is too much. If you want a plumbing job done right you can’t do better. A great find and so good to know he’s local!

We inherited a tricky heating system which has caused various headaches over the years. Richard was recommended by a friend and when I called him out of the blue one evening he immediately talked through what he thought the issue could be and various things to try there and then. When he visited the property to flush the system he was helpful, professional and explained everything in a straight forward and considerate way. We were very impressed with Richard’s professionalism from the beginning.
Our shower required an upgrade and Richard suggested ideas and researched prices on our behalf before giving a detailed breakdown of options available. He carried out the re-tiling to perfection and took time to keep us informed as the work progressed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Rich if you need a new boiler. He arrived when he said he would, and made an excellent job of replacing our old boiler in a competent and professional manner. He left the work area clean and tidy on both days and provided a gas safe certificate once the work had been completed.

Excellent communication and responses. Arranged a date and time and arrived on the dot. We had a larger BTU radiator fitted and the work was quick and clean, Rich did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend and will definately contact Rich again when we need other plumbing jobs done.

I needed a new bathroom. I had no idea who to do it for me. Thankfully for me Devon Tiles recommended Richard. I had to wait a few months. I was so happy I did. I could not fault the work done. I now have a fantastic bathroom. Richard worked hard as old bathroom was a mess. All the rubbish was cleared away. I found Richard to be a very pleasant professional person. I was also happy to leave him in my house to work while I was out.
I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Richard for any plumbing work you might need. He clearly is a very experienced plumber.
