Quick delivery, and good product.
I've tried many brushes, both motorized and manual types and "Doodle Brush" is, by far, the best. Only brush l use on my dogs now.

Great brush, worth the money
I had trouble ordering this and the Company were really quick and helpful in sorting it out.
The brush itself is also very good. I have a little Bichon cross and although I have tried lots of different combs and brushes, he was always getting loads of knots.
I was reluctant to pay this much for yet another brush but it really does live up to the great reviews. I bought the single headed one and it’s really good for his size.
My pooch still doesn’t love being brushed but it’s much faster with the Doodle Brush and for the first time last week, the groomer said he had no knots….result!

We never received the package as it was…
We never received the package as it was wrong addressed.
Not sure who's fault it was but for sure not ours.
After we were informed by DHL that the package was denied and was returned from NL to UK we informed doodlebrush accordingly, but dit only get the info that the package was not yet returned and they will keep an eye on it. After 4 weeks not any sign and we asked to return the money (preferred) or to resend the doodle brush. We are now waiting on their info.

As a small business, we have to use a 3rd party delivery service and we understand that the courier has lost the parcel, so it is a shame that you have given us a 1-star review without seeing the product. Your order was dispatched with the correct address label, but we understand the courier may have tried to deliver to the wrong address. We understand it was denied, but as we explained to you by email, it has has not been returned to us in the UK and the tracking shows that it has now been accepted at an address in the Netherlands. We are sorry that you have not received your order, and as the courier seems to have lost the parcel, we have issued you a refund as you requested.

We're sorry to hear that the Doodle Brush was not a good fit for your dog. It is designed for brushing Labradoodles and other Poodle-crosses with medium + length coats only, not short coated dogs or those that have been clipped very short. Glad to hear that you have found an alternative solution which works for you and your dog :)

The Doodlebrush is a good implement however I think it is a little too expensive, especially as it does not have a storage box/bag when it is a fairly delicate item. It should really come with a box that you can put it away into thus saving any damage to the delicate wire combing device.

The doodle brush is an absolute game…
The doodle brush is an absolute game changer. My goldendoodle’s coat used to get so matted but this brush glides through all the mats & knots with ease. It’s fantastic. Highly recommended.
