AVOID!! Scam, dispatched dvd 3 times ongoing since August yet to receive items.
Do No Purchase from them

Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. Absolute scam. Three months since I placed my original order and supposedly reshipped once out of the UK after the same emails from 'Vince' that others seem to have received. Asked for a refund that has not come through and have been ghosted after chasing that up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Compete scam. DVD hut is pure theft! Item never arrived - constantly ignored requests to provide tracking number. Apologies & B.S. for months. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Still waiting months after multiple "apologies, I don't know what went wrong with your order" bs.
I should've known as the price was too good to be true.

Still have not received the DVD I bought in August that was apparently in stocks. Do not trust thus company! They are very happy to take your money and not give you what you bought.

DO NOT BUY FROM DVD HUT. Scam is a modern word for theft. My experience same as everyone else here. Paid money and received no goods and no refund. Delaying tactics of supposedly re-sending, checking post systems and refunds taking 10 days. Very polite and apologetic but NO GOODS and NO REFUND, then ghosting. No office in Australia as led to believe. DO NOT BUY, you will lose your money. Same day EBay order in October arrived in two weeks but nothing from DVD HUT.

After writing reviews, and reporting, with copies to DVDHut, a refund was made.

Total SCAM!

Promised and never delivered. Emailed saying he would follow up with courier. Never provided tracking number. Took my money and my time and never delivered goods. Wonder how you sleep at night Vincent!

The DVD Hut is a scam. You will not receive your items you purchased and you will not get a refund. Vincent is a liar, he will email you with lies, and then ghost you. We need to make this guy accountable. Do not buy from here. I have reported them.

You keep saying that it's on it's way but alas your order will never arrive!
And he never supplies a tracking number.
I will never place another order with him.

BIG SCAM AND LIES, they don't deliver and no refunds.... They keep telling me that they will resend with another courier. It's just a way to put you off. Never received my order and asked for a refund. Obviously I won't be getting that either.

Non-delivery of items
Their website says unfullfilled even though they say they have been posted from the UK, they should have come from their Australian warehouse. I have not received the dvd's despite repeated requests for follow up and being told (by Vincent as everyone else seems to be) that they are on the way. I have given ample time for delivery. I have requested a refund. My emails are no longer responded to. This is obviously a scam website.

This website is a scam, Item never arrived and they made up excuses, telling me that they would send it via this carrier then this one and then this one and apologies many of which fell on deaf ears, because I still didn't get it and had to contact my local police and report it. This is how it will start: Nothing will come, from there we will send it again. Still nothing. We will try amazon, they've never failed us and then from there, I will give you a refund, nothing will come and then from there, you'll have to go to your bank, like I did and cancel your cards. Total scam! Do not buy from Vincent he is a fraud! He will string you out with lies via email but order will never come. Blew $38 on this Scam site. 😡

In regard to the dvdhut.com website, it may seem legitimate, however I experienced the same problem as many other people. I purchased a Blu-ray box set, and over the past 2 months I've been advised by Vincent (via email) that the item has been shipped 3 times already, yet has never turned up. They don't provide any shipping details, although they do take your money. Do not trust this website. I foolishly tried something different to Amazon and eBay, just to save a few bucks, and it was not worth it. Buyer beware indeed.

Same experience and same emails as other reviews here. The website seems very legitimate but the street address in the UK is for a suburban residence, not shop front. I emailed them after waiting 2 months for my DVDs and after several reassuring emails….I attached a screenshot of these other reviews and accused them of scamming me and told them I wanted a refund within two days.
I was very surprised to actually get t he money refunded into my bank account 3 days later! So yes for sure they are not a legit business but I was lucky enough to get my money back for whatever bizarre reason.

SCAM!! Daughter was waiting for part of her birthday gift that never came. Disgraceful

Scammer. Just like everyone says in the reviews. Take your money but never issue the invoice. 2 weeks past and the shipping status is still "Unfulfilled". When enquired, Vince said its already been shipped out and asked me to wait a few more days.

I already reported this business to Amex and fair trading department for investigation of fraud.

I hadn't read any reviews of thedvdhut.com prior to my Bluray disc purchase, hindsight is a wonderful thing. . . Ordered the disc in late April, still waiting for it to arrive, Vince Peters advises:

"I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your order as it was shipped out by Airmail from the UK.
At this stage I can only presume it has been held up or delayed in the mail system or customs due to the busy period.
Please allow it a few more days as I am sure it will be arriving any day soon. If it still does not arrive within the next few days, let us know and we will make inquiries with the postal services in both countries and we will have you covered with a replacement if it does not arrive."

Neither, the original or reposted disc has arrived, following numerous email communications with Vince.

I would give 0 if I could. This is a scam website. Don't waste your time. I ordered some DVDs in March and they took my money immediately. They did not arrive - I contacted DVD Hut and they assured me they would send out a replacement - still they have not arrived. They just tell you what you want to hear but no goods are forthcoming. My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs - keep your email trail and send to your bank and get a refund for goods not delivered.

Scam. 100% scam company. Do not use.

They take the money right away, items show as in stock, they do not send a shipping email. When queried they are very apologetic, they offer to track and tell you that they'll send a replacement. This is a tactic to stall you so you don't ask for a refund.
The only positive thing is I got my money back and found another company who were able to ship my item
