Wish I’d checked the reviews first! Book never arrived, lost in transit, Vince said they’d refund, then all communication ceased. I normally only ever buy online using PayPal so I have protection but... See more

Scam company
Scam company. They don't actually have any products for purchase. As soon as you pay for your "order" the money is withdrawn from your account. No despatch or tracking numbers are given as there was never anything posted. You'll get runaround emails and stories to string you along until either you forget and move on, or they just end up ghosting you. Do NOT engage with these criminals. If you've unfortunately given them money, save your email trail to give to your bank and do a chargeback on the purchase. Also lodge a scam complaint with Shopify (the platform they use) and hopefully they'll at least get shut down for now.

I'm from the UK, Australia needs to get this website taken down
Please don't buy from the DVD Hut until you read the reviews!
I purchased a DVD set in February which was well priced but I didn't get a confirmation email. After a few weeks I emailed the DVD Hut and got a well written email from a "Vincent Peters" (see below). I also Googled "DVD Hut Scam". I contacted my bank, disputed the transaction and got refunded as DVD Hut is on its scams list.
Here's the form letter DVD Hut sends out:
Hi XXXX,
I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your
order as it was shipped out by Airmail from the UK.
At this stage I can only presume it has
been held up or delayed in the mail system or customs
due to the busy period.
Please allow it a few more days as I am sure it
will be arriving any day soon.
If it still does not arrive within the next few
days, let us know and we will make inquiries with
the postal services in both countries and we will have
you covered with a replacement if it does not arrive.
Best Wishes
Vince

SCAM…
I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I purchased some books from this company on 8/1/24 and they took $159.99 out of my account straight away and gave me an invoice number etc. after not receiving my purchase by April and after many emails a Vincent Peters emailed saying they will give me a full refund however it is now May and I haven’t received anything and the phone number doesn’t work and no one is replying to my emails.
Absolute scam three months of empty…
Absolute scam three months of empty promises and requests for tracking number to no avail, do not use this company listen to all the countless review saying the same
This place is a scam
This place is a scam. No delivery months later. No tracking number provided by Vincent. Your money will be gone with no product. If you have made a purchase cancel your credit card don't risk it.
Scam alert!!
Like everyone else here, never received my item, despite ‘Vincent Peter’s’ assuring me I would and saying he re sent another package out with my item.
I’ve reported him to ACCC. I encourage everyone else to report him to their countries scam watch!
DVD HUT is a scam
DVD Hut is a scam. False misleading advertising. I purchased dvds four weeks ago and nothing has arrived in the mail. Good luck trying to get your money back. Paid by Visa. Contact your bank asap.
Scam! Don’t buy
Bought something January 31st, hasn’t been delivered. Vince peters emailed me back to say it would be delivered and it’s still not arrived. Have since checked reviews and it turns out it’s a scam, the website isn’t even available anymore.
This vendor has developed a perfect record as scammers
A DVD set ordered 5 Dec2023 did not arrive. Enquiry was met with sympathy and assurance a replacement was sent, at beginning of February 2024, to arrive within 8-18 days. Nothing arrived.
Scam beware
Scam beware! do not buy off. You will not receive your item!! Contact your bank ASAP.

Total scam
Total scam, never received the items despite 3 supposed sends that never arrived. Vincent Peters promised he would send via Amazon direct mail which “has never let us down”, but refuses to provide any evidence of the same.
ITS A SCAM
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMING B*STARDS. I bought an item for my partner in plenty of time for Xmas and they won't respond to me about where my item is. Don't buy from them it's a con! So annoyed with myself for not looking at the reviews before buying.
SPAM!!!
SPAM!!!
Do not buy anything here, this is a money pit!!!
You will never see your delivery!!!
Scam
Scam. Product never arrived. Excuse after excuse. Should of read the reviews before purchasing. This is a scam business. !!!!!!!!!
Ripped off - beware!
Did not receive over $200 worth of dvds I paid for. “Vincent” responded to my emails with apologies but did not follow up or send replacements.
Do not waste your money with this scam.
Lies, lies and more lies
DVD Hut charges your credit card immediately you place an order despite them not having the item in stock, unlike Amazon (and various other reputable organisations) who don't charge your credit card until shipment. After 6 months of emails with someone called Vincent Peters (who may or may not exist) who uses delaying tactics (saying the item had been delayed in the mail) Vince finally stated he would resend the item via Amazon Direct Mail (“as they have never let us down before”). Despite Vince claiming they had sent the item no less than 3 times, it never arrived. Lies, lies, lies! Clearly DVD Hut are hoping you will not have noticed or forgotten that they charged your credit card months and months ago; alternatively, that you will simply give up chasing a refund. If you use DVD Hut you will regret it, certainly I did.
Do not buy from this pack of a holes.
Total scam
I had the same experience as many here - paid for an item only for it never to arrive, despite repeated assurances from ‘Vincent’ via email that he was very surprised and was sure it would be in my mailbox any day now. Unfortunately I inquired with my bank too late for them to investigate (they can only go back 100 days), don’t make my mistake. Even better never buy anything from this scam website
