Had a few issues with shipping (due to corona) and my first parcel was lost. After contacting the store Carol was super helpful and was able to support me during the whole process. Replies were really quick and in the end everything was sorted!
Very happy with my experience :)

I cannot recommend DVD Hut highly enough - they were most understanding when my DVD did not arrive - not just once but twice - I have now received the 3rd DVD sent and have been treated with respect and understanding -I will have no hesitation in recommending DVD Hut to anyone and would certainly purchase from them again.

I ordered a DVD set on 6 July 2020. I received good communication on the progress, but there many delays due to COVID etc...but Vince from DVD frequently reassured me that they would keep trying, sending replacements when necessary, with the item arriving in January. I feel very confident in ordering from them again, because of the way they handled the situation.

Ordered DVD's for my disabled partner - Never arrived. When we approached the company for a refund or help - we recieved no help or no refund. Please be aware that if your DVD is lost - they will not refund your money. Scammers

Dvdhut claimed to have sent a large order three times over six months. Nothing ever arrived. Paid with PayPal and was fully refunded.

Never deal with this company promise the world and give you nothing

I ordered a box set at the beginning of August 2020 and after many complaints about it not arriving when they said it would they finally sent it via airmail to Australia where I live, only to find out when I went to play them the morons at DVD hut sent me a copy that wasn't playable in Australia. Even though I had clearly told them where I live TWICE!!!! Don't ever use this company, they are hopeless. Run far and run fast from their sites as it seems they are only good at ripping people off. ZERO STARS if I could give it.

Due to Covid and AusPost loosing so many parcels my first delivery was unfortunately lost by AusPost however he re-sent both box sets for free for me and they arrived today. Very kind and friendly service! Would def buy from again :)

I had some issues with receiving the DVD which could be put down to corona virus and the lack of international flights to Australia.

Despite this, the DVD Hut provided me with excellent customer service. Vince Peters was quick to respond to my emails, nothing was too much trouble.

A big thank you to the efforts made is these trying times. I could not be happier.

Ordered a product from DVD Nothing Happening Hut and nothing received 5 weeks later. Dodgy as folks. Stay away!!

I had ordered a DVD boxset which I was having issues with due to delays because of Covid. Vince from the DVD Hut was happy to help, he was very quick with his replies and followed up, resent out a new one and followed up all the way to the end and kept giving updates throughout. Really appreciated all his help.

I ordered a blu ray set on 7th june 2020, according to their website it was in stock, they let me know it had been shipped 3 weeks later on 20th june (ok so not in stock then ) This was sent airmail (8-18 days) according to their information. One month later still waiting, they said they were checking, 2 months later they were still checking, 2months and 10 days later I asked for a refund which is to arrive through paypal in the next few days.
I do not understand how these guys can stay in business, if in fact they are a legit business, while they are very polite about it, they do not deliver the goods. Just hopeless.

My order has not arrived after nearly a month when they claim to have stock in Australian wharehouse. You receive no tracking advice when it is obviously coming from over seas and they havn't replied to any contact I have made, lucky people whose items supposedly went missing the first time and they contacted and received the second time. Too many people have been scammed and not received their items. Thank goodness if you use paypal you can get your money back. STAY away from them.

Couldn't have better service in these trying times. Major delay in delivery to Australia but always replied to emails and kept me informed.

First shipment went missing. After contact I was assured that a second shipment would get to me and the guarantee was fulfilled.

My first delivery did not arrive so I emailed Vincent and he sent a replacement which has now arrived. There were no problems and the service I received was second to none I will definately order from them again.

My recent experience has been EXCELLENT.
It's unfortunate that there seems to be only negative Reviews written up for The DVD Hut. Why? There must be many people out there who have good service from them.
Due to COVID, I'm sure, my first order did get lost in the mail (or maybe it is still on the way). However, my email contact with them to query the situation was promptly and courteously responded to. A second mailing from them was done and it was successfully received. I would certainly purchase from them again.

Ordered item arrived late, however it was expected due to the ovid-19 issue around the world. Seller kept in contact thoughout the delay, so thank you!

Buyer beware!! There’s something odd about this company. I ordered a set of DVDs from the DVD Hut in Jan this year. Three times I was told they were on their way but they never arrived. So disappointed. I did receive a refund but I think that’s because I purchased through PayPal.
