I ordered my liquid on 2nd July expected delivery 4th july. Emailed on emailed on 7th July to chase delivery when no rely. Not impressed with the service. And still no fluid and £ 20 out of pocket.

I used to come to the shop to buy my e- liquid but was told I have to purchase online. When trying to purchase online my orders get cancel because the product isn't in stock. You really need to update your website regarding stock so this doesn't happen to so called valued customers. It's pretty poor that you don't contact the customer regarding stock or offer an alternative, as it's not the customers fault your not up to date..

Vape juice order
I ordered some vape juice. And I day layer I was refunded. Without a reason why? So I emailed them asking why?... the did respond quickly. Saying it was out of stock. Then update your web site! Plus they take the payment straight away and take 10 days to refund... not happy.....

Missing half the order and wrong flavours sent
I ordered 6 liquids, 3 of which I chose to be Grapefruit Soda. Instead, I was sent 3 Fruit Punch and no Grapefruit Soda. I wasn’t made aware the Grapefruit Soda was out of stock, or that it wouldn’t be delivered, and I would have preferred to be contacted to ask which replacement flavour I would like, instead of the store just choosing for me. This is the 3rd or 4th time that this has happened now, and not only this, but on multiple previous orders, half of the order wasn’t even sent. We have tried to contact the store multiple times with no response or care. Wouldn’t advise buying from this company.
