While I had high hopes for this company initially, my experience has unfortunately been quite disappointing. I invested a significant amount of money in their halal investment program, aiming to kickstart my own business with their support. Regrettably, the promises made were not fulfilled, and the assistance I expected never materialized. Despite numerous attempts to seek resolution since February 2023, my concerns have gone unanswered.

It's been a frustrating journey, and the lack of communication and support has left me feeling let down. I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service if they are really willing to have a good reputation, and overall business practices. I hope they can address these issues to provide a better experience for future customers. All I am looking for is honesty and commitment.
Overall eve one star is too much to give.

I wish I could give less then 1 star as this company is one of the worst companies I have dealt with, I enquired in joining them with their ads on youtube aiming at Muslim’s in getting out of the rat race of 9-5, but I was totally wrong I never knew that was only a marketing strategy just to fool me as a Muslim. I had a call when i enquired about joining them and told them I only had around £1500 to invest which I was told this will be fine and a sales call was arranged with there sales person , in the sales call I was mainly sold the mindset in saying yes to when they gave me actual price of the course, after 1 hour on the phone they finally gave a price of £5000 for the course, I told them this was over my budget then after bargaining he went down to my £1500 and said the remainder can be paid with the profits I make on a monthly basis and can pay more if I make more, anyway I accepted the course and paid the £1500 deposit and agreed to pay £200 per month from the profits I make in the business, I told the sales person I don’t have any further budget but he assured me I will be making much more then this and can the pay remainder with the profits which was a load of crap as they say themself it’s a business and no guarantee of sales, had I been explained the business model in the sales call I would have never agreed to this, after 3 days I asked to cancel and refund in which I was told I can’t cancel now because I am stuck in a legally biding agreement which was utter rubbish because I could have cancelled under consumer rights act 2015 which allows you to cancel a contract which has been sold in distance without giving any reason in 14 days in which I was not told by the E com experts verbally or in writing, I would like to mention if anyone else that is stuck with this company the consumer rights act states if company has not advised you about the 14 day right to cancel you have up to 1 year cancel and get a full refund and they are obliged to pay you as they have miss sold you the contract in the 1st place, I emailed them so many times quoted the law but they just refused to refund and cancel like they will take this money in the grave with them,
I asked for the sales call under the GDPR regulation I have right to request my personal data a company hold of you, I was told they can’t give me the sales call because it’s a private to them which this totally incorrect it’s a sales call in which they hold by personal data, I will make a complaint to the ICO regards this as they have breached uk law by refusing to provide me my information even though I have written to them and asked them I will take the complaint to the ICO they still refused to give me the sales call, I have since been refunded by them due to making a charge back with my bank, but it doesn’t pay for the stress and anxiety they have caused, Please everyone stay away from these so called Muslim helpers as they are just conning people in the name of Islam.

I am a woman who has had quite a lot of experience in life because I am over 50 years old. And I really appreciate my experience with opening an online business with "The E Com Experts", they have helped me start with nothing until I can run it with confidence.
I want to state that they are a good and trustworthy team. Especially Brother Haroon Qureshi who supported me in making my project a success.
And I am very grateful to brother Muaz who has patiently guided me on this journey until now always helping me by responding to all my questions.

I have had the pleasure of working with the ecom experts team for over a year now. From day one they helped me ensuring my product research was top notch. They then build a professional store for Me. Please not, its not any old store you might get if you purchase from fiverr. They build the branding from scratch with a professional logo and a proper professional site! After we worked closely on marketing and were able to identify a winning product and scale it. I am now earning more than my job on this and looking to go full time soon! So really really appreciate you all and your hard work and support . If you are interested, I would definitely recommend these guys because they have the experience and work with you step by step as a novice.

This is not a get rich quick scheme. It is a program that helps you to create a genuine ecommerce business that will become an asset to you as you build it. My experience has been excellent with the Ecom Experts. Ive learnt each and every step needed to launch my own business. From finding a winning product, to branding to making your site to marketing. All of these aspects are covered. On top of that, you get very close coaching to make sure each step is done properly.

I have never started a business before but with these guys it makes it much more easier to start. However you have to be patient and persistent just like with any genuine business out there. But the more you stick at it the more you will gain the fruits of your hardwork.

Right now i am making consistent sales and working towards the next phase.

I joined the ecom experts in August 2022. I took the Done for you package in which the team build the site for me and mentor me through product research and then help me with ads. I went through the product research training and each week got help from the team to make sure i improve. At first it was a new learning curve and therefore took a little bit of time but with the mentoring i started to understand the criterias needed for product research. Through their help i was able to really get it. Once the products were shortlisted, they were added to the store and then the site was complete. I was really impressed with the professional and clean look of the site!

We then started on the marketing phase and started testing products. I had a low budget and therefore wanted to take it a step at a time. They made sure I understood every aspect of ads very carefully. With this training, i started to really confident in digital marketing and could see how this can be used in so many different aspects in business.
Soon we started gaining momentum and started making sales. As we started to grow, i was able to reinvest into my ads and slowly start to increase the budget and scale.

At this time I am now making consistent sales and continue to grow. The team also worked very closely with me to learn how to add products etc so that im really taking charge of my business personally.

I am now able to do good product reasearch, add products, make good copy and do the marketing. Massively vital skills in business.

I am overall really satisfied with the support and help.
I am really excited for the journey ahead.

If you are looking to start a business and want to increase your income, this is a fantastic starting place. I would really recommend the ecom exprts to anyone!

Osman. Zainah, Haroon and Muaz are great mentors. Always there to drop any support and guidance. Ecommerce is so important with a coach to help you. This is why i would highly recommend these guys. I am making 2-3k a month in profit which really helps me especially in this day and age. It may take time depending on your skill and experience. But be patient and you will soon see the fruits of your hard work.

A fantastic program with great support to help you along the way. I would definitly recommend to anyone. The key to remember is to take ownership of your business and take the time to learn each aspect. These guys will support you on the way. May thanks to Affan, Zainah and Osman!

I have been involved at the Ecom Experts for over 8 months now and i am now making £5k in profit each month, it has now replaced my full time job salary!

The support throughout has been immense. I would not have achieved the results without the help of the team. But also, I would say you have to take charge of the business and make it your own. It is down to you to make sure you master each aspect. The mentors will help you do this.

The program at the Ecom Experts has been amazing for me and my daughter involved! We joined in the summer and within a month, they built a very professional and solid shopping site. During this time, they helped us to understand how to find winning products. What are the trends, what are the nuances needed to find them. It is a learning curb and you have to be patient with yourself. But once we got it, we were able to independently find the right products.
They then launched our store and worked with us with marketing. Me and my daughter have no prior experience in any of these skills but their coaching was fantastic! It took a little bit of time but we ended up making consistent sales!
Also, what is fantastic is the skills we learnt. We were able to use those skills elsewhere too. For example, we now help people with marketing campaigns as freelancers thanks to the program. We also do freelance work in building websites for others. So not only is this a way of making a good ecommerce business, its a way of building skills that are so important in this modern world. When you look at that, the program is priceless. Thanks to everyone at the team!

Hi guys thank so much for your amazing work and support. The brothers at The ecom experts helped me all the way to build a very professional store and guided me on each step of the way. I have seen a few bad reviews here but my experience was nothing like what they are saying. I suspect either they are fake reviews or they didn't quite grasp the learnings properly. I am totally new to this and they made it very easy for me and I feel now ive learnt some really valuable skills that I can use for the future.

Osman of the theecomexperts has helped me closely in bringing my idea to life. I think the key is having a clear plan for your store whereby you can utilize their help, in achieving your desired goal. I found Osman particularly helpful and honest. These guys don’t deserve even one star. Total waste of time, energy and money. Avoid at all cost. If you really want to do dropship find other professionals or do your own research.

I made 100K in less than a year. Out of this 60K+ was profit! Love this guy. The key is to follow his advice.
