Needed an EPC doing urgently as I was selling my dads house and it was requested by the solicitors, Matt Fay managed to do it within a few days for me. He turned up early, was really friendly and I just left him to get on with it. The invoice was emailed and then paid for and the next day I received the certificate, I would recommend them to anyone needing an EPC check.

Overpriced.
I asked for a price beforehand and was told the property was needed to be seen first.
Was charged £165 for a 20 minute visit then message after message for payment the same day .
I was informed by my estate agents that it wasnt that expensive in London for a property of the same size.

He and his colleague provided an excellent, polite and efficient service within 36 hours of my call. He called on the day to say he was running ten minutes late and turned up at the re-appointed time. The certificate was emailed over, next working day. Would highly recommend his services.
