Eureka Mignon Specialita very good choice!
Easy to order Eureka Mignon Specialita Coffee Grinder 230V - Chrome, arrived next day and it was well packaged.
The grinder surpassed my expectations in terms of ease of use, the grind is easy to set, no static charge so coffee doesn’t cling to grinder, precise setting admittedly I’ve only use espresso grind but have no doubts that it will be fine for Moka pot or French press.

Good range of products and every spare…
Good range of products and every spare you could imagine. However, recently purchased a new piston and it was really tatty when it arrived. They assured me this item was new and they said I could refund, but the cost of returning it would have meant I'd have got virtually nothing back. I know it wouldn't have impacted performance but I want my machine to look loved inside and out.

Very quick service and I’m happy with the parts. I have been struggling with a leak at one of the gasket points but I don’t think that’s the fault if the gasket at this point.

Poor customer service
I believe that the company sold me an espresso filter that was different than presented on their website. I sent them an e-mail regarding this, but the company has not bothered to reply. So I will not be doing any more shopping from The Espresso Shop.
