The Best WordPress Calendar
The Events Calendar and its corresponding Event Tickets plugin are both great! When I had an issue that ended up being a plugin conflict, their support team helped me identify it and I was able to resolve it. I'd recommend The Events Calendar to anyone.

We’ve been using The Events Calendar plugin and are extremely happy with it! It’s a powerful, reliable tool that makes managing and showcasing events seamless. What impressed us the most, though, was the outstanding support team.
We ran into an issue while trying to create a page in Elementor, and the support we received was nothing short of amazing. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly.

Unreliable integration, poor customer support
I used The Events Calendar plugin for 2 years and would not recommend it. The calendar frequently went out of sync without warning, requiring constant manual intervention. On top of that, it took a lot of customization just to make it look halfway decent.
The customer support and return policy were also extremely disappointing. The company will charge you for a full year, even if you’ve only used the product for 30 days. There’s no flexibility and the experience feels very unfriendly.
There are much better calendar products out there that are more reliable, easier to use, and backed by companies that actually care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this plugin.

As a note, we do offer a 30-day refund policy for our annual subscriptions, so if you requested a refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal, we'll absolutely honor that.
Know that the concerns you've brought up here aren't going into the void - and I'd like to action them with our product team as best as we can, though without a ticket to reference that becomes more challenging. I will add that we're actively improving the way TEC can be customized and your feedback is crucial in those improvements. Hope to hear from you!

The Events Calendar is among the most robust of the WordPress calendar systems and their support has been terrific when I've needed it.

Translate labels
I use the events calendar on several websites, including tickets and community events. I had trouble translating some labels. After contacting support, they quickly and effectively helped me with tips and tricks to translate the labels. Response times from the support department are fast.

I’m using the events calendar and event tickets plus as a platform for selling tickets for small group workshops. The capability of the plugin has been exactly what I’ve needed, and it’s not only worked out of the box, it also provides clear approaches to customise the look and feel to meet my needs.
I’ve been able to solve most problems using the extensive knowledgebase resources available online, but when I’ve got stuck (mostly with issues of my own making!) the support has been excellent. Prompt and helpful responses that have allowed me to resolve everything really quickly.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! They are the absolute worst. I cancelled my subscription and they still have attempted to charge my card 5 times and counting. Their plugin is buggy and their support is non-existent.
