Wish I'd checked reviews first. Same experience as others. Ordered a double egg chair in May. Still yet to receive. Sent emails multiple times with no response at all. Thankfully claimed money back through credit card company. Advise others to do the same. FABB are trying to challenge the dispute! Shambles of a company. Probably a scam. Checked the website today and it's down. Hopefully for good.

Do not use this company, scam company, I have reported the to my credit card company now also trading standards!!!

We haven’t yet received our order, I have tried to contact you and you are not acknowledging my emails. Im sure there has been an error with the delivery company saying they have the items for delivery and now they haven't got them and to contact you, but it would be appreciated if you responded with an update instead of leaving a customer hanging!

Scam!!!! This company took my money but didn't receive my product, I ordered my double egg chair on 18/5/2023, however I haven't receive my chair. I tried to contact them via email and customer service, but I didn't receive their reply, I requested to cancel my order, but they are ignored my request, PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING in FABB

2 months after my order, no delivery, no communication, no refund

Ordered Egg Chair mid April. Sent e-mails, no response from them. This company theFABB is not FABB at all. Its so annoying when there are other places to buy these goods, should of read the reviews first from other disgruntled customers. Might turn up in time for Summer 2024

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! They take your money and do not send out your items, they also ignore any messages you send. Just theft!!

I ordered an egg chair at the end of February. Still have not received this. The company have ignored all correspondence. Absolutely disgusting. This was a gift for my mother and I had to let her down.
I have sent messages every week and these have been ignored.
I wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing from this company.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I've given one star as there is no zero star option. This company is a joke and will not answer or address any issues you may have after purchase. My son and his girlfriend paid over £2000 for a modular sofa which, in less than six months is collapsing. After numerous attempts to contact them since March, theFabb finally answered a request on Instagram and offered to collect on the 10th May 23 and to refund. That was two days ago! They cancelled the collection at 10pm the night before. No new collection date. No answers on email, FB or Instagram. Appalling service by a tin-pot online company who should be avoided at all cost. Time to get Citizens Advice and a solicitor involved I think.

Terrible experience and service ordered an egg chair weeks ago and still not arrived emailed but no reply finally emailed back said would arrive couple of Fridays ago waited in and never arrived now not replying at all. Opened a case with PayPal. Disgusting . Don't use this company.

Excellent service and lush product - I purchased There double egg chair and it was exactly what I wanted and looks amazing in my sisters garden. (Birthday present). The Fabb kept me updated regularly regarding delivery which was above and beyond.
I originally ordered from another supplier and had nothing but problems/issues. Took months and I never received the chair (BRIQ).
So I was even more delighted and my faith was restored when using this company

Ordered the double egg chairs. They take a little while to arrive, as described on the website. I did email the customer service team and they were great with replying and pricing information. The wait is well worth it!! They are fantastic! Great quality and look brilliant! Definitely worth the money!

This is not a genuine company. These are scam artist/s at best and I was one of the lucky ones!
I ordered and paid for an egg chair for my wife's birthday. Fortunately it did arrive unlike in the cases of many of the reviews on here. However it was damaged and I was concerned about the safety of using it.
I emailed and was told a replacement would be sent out immediately.
Nothing came. Emails no longer replied to until I suggested I'd be doing a chargeback on my credit card and leaving a review on here. They replied immediately apologising and promised the replacement straight away.
Weeks later after countless emails still nothing. I received my money back thanks to my credit card. They sent one last dismissive email which appears to have had malicious software attached! Who does that?! I think it was an attempt to stop me contacting them again. It didn't work!
Never ever go near this so called business!!

Ordered from this website and a month later I'm still waiting for what I paid for. If and that's a big IF, customer services get back to you, it's the usual we'll endeavour to get what you've paid out dispatched. In fact yesterday I was replied to apologising and told it would be fulfilled that day. Guess what....lies.

Apparently they didn't lie after all. My delivery is on its way.

False advertisement scamming people for their money I would never recommend them to anyone in fact I woul go out of my way to tell people stay away from them !!

I am not happy a told. I make order 11 February and I was waiting till 22 march but I didn't receive my item. Then till now I waiting for refund but also nothing coming. I contacted them and I didn't get any answers

I have placed an order for the egg chair and cover one month ago. endless emails saying we will get back to you plus they like the other review sent me at least emails saying what do you think of your product, Well nothing at all because I still do not have it. I will have to activate a refund via my paypal account They are useless it is stil showing for sale on their website at £100 more than when I ordered one month ago.

Ordered an egg chair from them.
After weeks of chasing them still no delivery. I’ve escalated a claim back case via my bank.
They even asked me how the item was on a customer feedback email.
Must be a scam company do not buy anything from them.
It’s a good trick to have the trust pilot mark on their website as it leads you to think they are a bonafide company.

Placed an order in October for a chair which had a delivery promise within days and which I have still not received.Initially the response from them was of delays but the communication has stopped.

It’s hard not to believe that this is fraud. They’ve had in excess of £300 of my money for nearly three months. I would urge you to buy nothing from this site.
