My gum boots are perfect as expected the service was fantastic thanks again.

Products never arrived and very difficult and slow to get refund. Has been 3 months and still nothing. Would not recommend.

I will never be using this company for any purchases again. My order was placed and money cleared 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received the product. I rang them multiple times on their advertised number to find it was disconnected. I understand the business was moving, but there was no alternative contact number given. Then after several emails, I finally made contact via Facebook. The delay in the products isn’t the issue- it’s the vast lack of communication that has made me angry. I will not be using your services again nor will I be recommending it.

Out of stock item displayed on website. No communication that it was out of stock. 4 week wait to receive the product. Then I receive the wrong product!

DO NOT Order from this company. They Take your money and do not send the goods. Their phone number is not connected and they don’t respond to email.

Still haven't got my product. 1 month later.

Ordered lamb feeder 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. Try to contact them Phone numbers disconnected and email is returned. Rip off and Utter disgrace!!

The items i bought and paid for over a month ago still have not arrived, i have lost stock because i did not have the tools on hand.

Terrible service. No correspondence. Had to follow up store several times.
Will not deal with this provider again.

I have received only one item I ordered at the beginning of June. It’s now late August and luckily I ordered teats from another store which turned up a week later. All lambs are weened now so thanks for very poor service. Emails are all the same ‘I’ll look into it’. Never will buy from here again.

Still a bit strange having the 1300 number disconnected. But communication through email was good, the products were delivered by Toll and were as expected. The information recieved (updates) where timely and accurate.

Very fast delivery and great costumer service!

Ordered 50 XL stock posts, arranged to pick up from supplier. Significant savings on purchase.

It took me a year to receive my product from them and I had to send emails chasing it up. I would never use them again or recommend them. Wish I had never ordered from them to start with, what a nightmare.

Waited 2 weeks for an order to arrive (to Wagga Wagga, NSW) without any reason. Made 5 attempts over one week to call The Farm Store with engaged signal. Also utilised The Farm Store's online contact page with no response for one week. After now 3 weeks, liked Facebook page and sent a facebook message. The Farm Store did offer reimbursement of postage, however, would take an additional 2 weeks to arrive (5 weeks total) which should have taken 3 days.

Despite a slightly rocky start, I am very happy to be able to review this online store with 5 stars. Yes, it wasn't as fast as some online stores but the main point is that the goods have arrived as ordered. So, as a result, this is a happy customer.

I ordered gumboots over 9 months ago and only received now. made multiple attempts to get in contact to find out what was going on only to get no reply

Definitely wont be using or recommending the farm store to anyone
