Empty tins

I ordered some small tins for the platinum jubilee with mini mints in, the tins arrived empty. I emailed twice and got no reply. Would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from this company to think again. I certainly will not order from them again. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired. Avoid unless you have money to give away

Very bad customer service - avoid.

My wife ordered some items for our sons upcoming adoption celebration party recently, the items arrived quickly but sadly they had printed the text wrong (their fault not ours).

My wife then emailed The Favour Factory four times over the next seven days but didn't hear back at all. We've ended up having to order the items again through another company and chuck the original order in the bin.

Sadly this is a company i would avoid until they improve their customer service and respond to customer emails. There is no excuse for not responding within a week.
