Derek Seik from FBTC is a scammer
At the start this guy was very nice and friendly. He even said that if I'm not happy with his service I can take out my money anytime with no problem. I really thought it was genuine. I invest the required initial investment of USD$250. He recommended i withdraw usd$50.First he gave me wrong instruction and it took awhile before I got the amount withdrawn.
When I refused to add more money in my trading account, he started to be rude and he just stopped trading. On August 28, 2024 I decided to withdraw all my funds and close the trading account. He emailed back to me asking me USD$95.60 to close my trading account and he will also forfeit whatever balance I have remaining in my trading account. He even has the audacity to tell me that he should charge me USD$2,500 as his hourly fee, but he is not doing it. Although I lost my initial investment, I'm glad I did not trust this bad, bad actor. If you happen to be assigned to him, ran away from him as fast as you can. He is a SCAMMER. He doesn't deserve not even a tiny bit of trust.

Not sure how to Rate this company. I invested small amount at first and my investor would call me every day. We talk a lot and we had a lot in common And he told me he would look after me. Three weeks later, approximately he called me and said that an investor is passing away and leaving his money with them. Again, he told me that he is going to look after me and told me that the company is considering giving me $2 million US. All I had to do was to send a video in 2 to 3 minutes Long talking about myself. I sent the video in and he called me back approximately two hours later saying that I was approved and all I had to do was pay the tax which worked out to approximately 160,000. My profits were good at that time and I sent another 100,000 which was my pension money. The whole idea for me was to increase my pension so I could retire. I have been told that the money in installments would start on Friday of this week. I’ve done my homework online and I am very leery that I might’ve just lost my savings. I am a Canadian, so drawing out the money that I did, 30% is taken right off The bat. I am not sure what is going on and if this is even true. But I don’t sleep at night.

Patience Pays Off with Withdrawals
My first withdrawal took a bit longer than expected, which had me worried, but the customer service assured me it was all part of the process. Sure enough, the funds hit my account without issue. It’s nice to trade on a platform where you know support has your back.

Unable to withdraw funds
I requested a withdrawal request 2 days ago. I have sent an email and a message through the website to withdraw my funds, but no one has responded to it and approved it. I feel like this is a SCAM as I shouldn’t have to be waiting this long to withdraw my funds.

At first, I was a bit skeptical as they are not as famous compared to other platforms out there, but after using it for more than 3 months, it looks and feels great. Transactions are fast and secure, and you can withdraw easily whenever you want. After a few days, the money is in the bank.
