NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I bought an item back in March it is now almost June and I still have no idea where my item is. there is no tracking info available. They won't answer my questions or give me a refund. I've tried being patient but 3 months is way too long to not have any information of my item!!! I wanted this for my vacation next week thinking that 3 months is plenty of time... clearly not.

I ordered the splash drone advertised…

I ordered the splash drone advertised on Facebook. The drone I received was not even close to the one on the video they used to advertise. I received a little tiny replication of the drone they advertised. Total fraud!! Total bs experience. Took a month to receive a replica. Not a happy camper... I want my money back now!! Flipping schmucks!!

Total scam

Like others have said I get the same automated response every time I write the support team via email to see if my swim suits will be coming ever, and there's no way to call anyone. Sounds like it was a total scam. What a joke. I'm not happy.

This website is fraudulent. they take your money leave no way fo conatcting them and you never get the order. don't believe. it is not a genuine website run by 3 girls as they say. I'm going to go to my bank to get them to return my money. Don't go there or secretsaucestore.com , that's the same website but a different domain

SCAAAAAAM

Placed an order on March 27, 2018. Paid £34.95 (came out to $49.27 USD) for shipping (items were free - should have seen through the scam right there). Received an order confirmation immediately, and money was immediately taken out of my account. Received an order shipment confirmation the next day (their website said that it should be 5-8 days for US shipping). Three weeks later, I emailed them (which is the only way to contact them - no phone number anywhere to be found, probably because THIS EFFING STORE DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXIST) to ask about my tracking number. Got an automated email back saying that they were short-staffed and would get back to me ASAP. After I hadn't gotten a reply in another two weeks, I emailed again. Then one more time after that, about a week later. Never heard back. Finally today, 49 days later, I finally came here and saw all these horrible reviews. I then promptly called my bank and filed a fraud claim. Should be getting my money back tomorrow.

Jesus, I hate people sometimes... I also reported them to Shopify as fraudulent (just went on live chat, told them basically exactly this, and they've said they're looking into it). Hope that helps somehow. Don't know if it will but I did what I could.

Anyways, hope these horrible get shut down.

I ordered my items 2 months ago and…

I ordered my items 2 months ago and still have not received any of them. I have contacted the email given for FOMO and they send the same email over and over. When I tried to enter my tracking number for my order it said that it didn't exist. I am extremely frustrated and just would like to know where my package is and its status.
