Took payment and then never sent the products. It's a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a scam!!! I paid money and never received a product. I contacted them 3 times and was sent an automated message full of lies and never actually got a real response. I reported the company to Shopify and to the better business bureau. I am also trying to let everyone know not to order anything from this company. I hate thieves!!!! Give me my money back!!!!!!!

It is a scam. This shop is hosted by shopify, so you can try to report this abuse to the shopify help center (after 30 days without receiving the order). I hope they will take this website down.
If you see any advertisement from secretsaucestore or thefearofmissingout on social media (facebook, instagram), please report the ad as scam.

I need a bit of help, I made a order only seeing good reviews on the website obviously being fake reviews... to not be sent my order & my emails haven’t been replied to... I’ve attempted to sign into my account today and it’s told me I don’t have an account what can I do? I still have my conformation emails as proof. I’ve never been in this situation before so I’m abit stuck on what I have to do. Can someone give me a bit of advice please. All I would like is my money back.

Spent 50 dollars on shipping and payment. I’m so angry!Don’t fall for scam searching everywhere for phone number. Also was anyone able to get money back from bank?

Never received my order! Took the money straight away.
I got told my order was shipped but was given no tracking number! They have not answered any of my emails or message...
Have taken this to the bank to try and get the money back.

Ordered leggings in March and money was taken straight away. I received a confirmation of order email and then a dispatch email a day later. The dispatch email had no tracking number - I’ve still received my order and have emailed 3 times. I received the standard ‘We’ll get back to you’ email twice and no response to the third email. I can’t find another way to get in touch with them so I contacted my credit card company to try and get my money back through a chargeback claim. This company should be avoided at all costs - it’s a scam.

I ordered a swimsuit back in February. Money was taken out of my account straight away and I still haven’t received the item in the post! Have tried to e-mail multiple times with no response. I see on Facebook there is another company by the same name based in Canada that is now getting comments saying it is their company doing the scamming but it is a copycat scam company from what I can see. What can we do to get our money back? It was cheap and so I foolishly fell for it. If it looks too good to be true it probably is! So glad I looked at this site or I would have carried on waiting!

Everything is in Pounds and I can't tell the conversion price for American Dollars. I never received my product or even got a tracking number. I've tried to email them multiple times but got no response. Not sure if this is an isolated incident or a complete scam but I will not be using this site anymore.

Ordered in January and haven't received order. Took payment out immediately and no contact what so ever. Blocked me on Facebook when I tried to do contact. Even asked for refund a and got nothing. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

SCAMMERS and Facebook are in on it still advertising them and allowing them to suck in unwilling victims. I reported the page to Facebook but as usual nothing was done and they are still going, taking everyone's money. Do NOT use this site. They take your money and never send your items. When I emailed them, I never got a response. My friend lost out on money. They need shutting down and to be held accountable for their crimes. So many dishonest, horrible people out there. Please avoid this site with a barge poll. I am constantly warning friends and family about them and sharing to tell people to not fall for their lies. Such bad form. Facebook hold blame too for doing nothing about having such active and public scammers running via their site.

It’s a scam they are scamming a lot of people I ordered 2 onzies and they never got delivered never had any information about delivery they have blocked me from commenting on they’re Facebook page and emails so not I can’t get hold of them

I bought a Swimsuit a monty who and haven’t gotten any updates or information about the shipment!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a onesie over 2 MONTHS AGO. I have contacted them multiple times and surprise, surprise no response. I have now threatened to report the company and will be refuting the transaction to my bank if they do not give me a full refund. Apparently, they have zero problem charging my credit card but struggle with customer service and delivery. I am really bummed and frustrated. When I tracked my package it even says it got delivered to my home, but it never did. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I wish I can give a 0 star for this website. I ordered some swimsuits, a phone case, and a onesie on March 1st. And it's April 4th right now. It's been a little more than a month and I've been trying to contact them through their website but they never replied to any of my emails. And I can't even track shipping for my items. When I type in my order number it just says TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST. After I get that page I tried to click contact us button on the bottom and nothing happens. NOTHING. I'm pretty sure it was a scam and I would like to get my money back.
