He provided detailed information about investments what the company has already achieved and what the company s plan is in the future .Ali encouraged us to part take in the future of the company and provided lots of benefits . So thank you Rubeb and Ali for a wonderfully experience .

I started investing with The First Group in 2015, committing over AED 1.2 million in one of their Dubai properties. Over nearly 10 years, the total income I’ve received amounts to just AED 37,695, which averages less than AED 800/month. This return is extremely poor considering the scale and duration of the investment.

Despite good communication and polite staff, the financial outcome has been far below expectations and the original promises. Income distributions are infrequent (roughly once every 6 months) and modest in size. There is no clear strategy for capital growth or exit, making this a long-term commitment with minimal returns.

I advise prospective investors to review actual payout records, calculate real ROI, and seek independent legal and financial counsel before committing to this kind of investment.

Mustapha is a great guy. He was so clear with his explanations and was patient when giving important information.

The entire staff is very helpful especially Ms Lobna Mohammed who is in Owner Priviledges department. She is always prompt in responding to all my queries and goes out of the way in assisting and guiding me for any of my issues in Dubai.

Misled by Sales Rep – Poor Customer Service & Inflexible Terms

I purchased a holiday deal (excluding flights) that seemed like good value at the time. Before buying, I specifically asked the sales representative whether I could change dates or request an extension if needed. I was reassured this would not be a problem as long as I gave notice which I did, well in advance.

Despite this, my request for an extension was refused outright, with the company pointing to the small print in the terms and conditions. I understand policies exist, but I was sold this deal based on verbal assurances that turned out to be false. I even had a valid reason for the extension request I couldn’t secure time off work within the original timeframe.

This experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. A company of this size should take responsibility for the promises their sales reps make and not prioritize closing a sale over giving accurate, honest information.

I would not recommend this company to others based on my experience. Customer service matters and in this case, it was sorely lacking.

friendly, all staff were very knowledgeable in there field of work.
