Overall good services. Good support from Mr. Abrohom for services

We are so thankful to Ahlem for all her help with our Golden Visa and residency. She wasn’t just professional, she was truly caring and patient with us the whole way. Any time we had questions or worries, she was always there to explain and make us feel at ease. The process felt so smooth because of her support, and we felt we could trust her completely. Honestly, she made what could have been stressful into a very positive experience, and we’re really grateful for everything she did for us.

Mohammed oulada was great in his response and treatment

Pressure tactic - bully agents...stay away if you see their agents in Metro stations who promise to give you the vacation tour - there is a dangerous and pressure tacitc they use and if you are gullible, they will strip you off your money. We met an agent Rebab (she was nice though) at the Burj metro station who promised us some great deal and we instantly agreed for the tour. next morning a car picked us up from Barsha Heights, then we were taken into a palm jumeirtah type resort, apartments were nice and all the tim I was thinking where is the catch....there comes the point, one agent called Aadil - recently moved form another company (this guys was atleast polite) and this other slim guy, totally forgot the name, the real bulley, used extreme pressure and basically was aking me to pay him 25000 AED on the spot and said "you have to pay now"....the only way I could get rid of him was i said, thsi is not what you guys told us at the metro station. if the First group reads this, pelase come back to me and I would love to see this bulley agent brought to some justice. this was a literal harassment of UK tourists.

I have visited the First Group facilities and I have been amazed with the quality of services offered, and the tour of their hotels were magnificent.
I truly recommend The First Group as Holidays Destination in Dubai specially to visit the Artificial Islands Palm Jumeraih.

The only reason I gave five 5* was just because of the attention I get from one of the service executives, Inna Ivanova. She responds to every of my messages, calls and emails. I wouldn't recommend any other service from the company. I have had some discussions with some staff of the company in the past that yielded to nothing. Cheaper competitors offer similar or better services. There are things I wouldn't air here.

TFG have a great Owner Privileges team. I have particularly appreciated the proactivity and responsiveness of Inna Ivanova in addressing and resolving my queries.

Great experience with my family very friendly staff. Lina was a great host however we were not able to commit to a deal - due to other commitments. Keep the good work Lina & thank you for the opportunity to have the Dubai experience.
