Harrowing Personal Experience with The First Group, Dubai

This review reflects my personal experience and opinion regarding my dealings with The First Group, Dubai.

What initially appeared to me to be a professional and promising investment opportunity later became a deeply distressing and frustrating experience. Certain aspects relating to refunds, exit options, and flexibility were, in my view, not clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. My understanding of these terms only became apparent after I sought to withdraw from the investment.

When I later enquired about exiting, I was informed that refunds were not available and that my only option was to independently arrange for a resale through an agent. This position was not something I recall being clearly emphasised to me during the sales process, and I found this outcome extremely disappointing as a customer.

Following this, my attempts to seek clarification and assistance were, in my experience, met with slow and limited responses. Despite multiple follow-ups, I did not receive the level of support or clarity I had reasonably expected, which left me feeling financially exposed and uncertain about my options.

This situation caused me significant stress and anxiety. Investing one’s hard-earned money is a serious decision, and my experience was emotionally taxing and unsettling. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering a similar investment to ask detailed questions, ensure they fully understand all contractual terms, and seek independent professional advice before proceeding.

Mohammed Oulada from owner privileges) was very helpful and responsive. The hotel I stayed in (Grand Millennium Business Bay) was very nice and in a great location. However, they did not account for the kids when they gave me the rooms. When I asked for additional beds, the kids got skin rash because of bed mite!
