Slow delivery
Wish I'd checked trust pilot before ordering but they seem to have reasonable traction with reviews on reputable websites. As with other's experiences, you think it's a European fulfilment centre and you'll receive them in the UK within 2-3 working days. Instead, they are shipped from China and yet to arrive after 7.

Lovely comfortable shoes
I now have found at last comfortable roomy trainers that fit my wide feet, I have several pairs including sandals that I find I can walk in all day without any issues, customer service good.

Super customer service, had the wrong color of shoes ordered, informed them they , they caught the shoes being shipped and changed them to the shoes I wanted. Received my shoes two days ago ,super comfortable and fit.

Although I never found a preferred shoe, I did get what I needed at a discounted price thanks to support.

Difficult trying to find info to email. Response was ok. And the fact I have to pay to ship it back to get a full refund on shoes I foot could not go in is a bit much. Will never buy from you again. Takingb5he half option is about the same that you may decide to give me after I pay for shipping. Friends will also know my experience and fb is a good place as well.

I contacted consumer support about this and they provided a tracking link which resulted in the same result, caution about a malicious site. No issues once I received the product. Sneakers fit well; very comfortable.

The first pair I ordered were not…
The first pair I ordered were not suited to my feet and I asked to return them, you offered to send me another pair no charge. I took you up on the offer and I love the shoe I chose. It was the shoe with the crossover strap(V11) I like them so much that I ordered a second pair and I am planning on ordering an another pair. Best shoes I have had in years!!
