I dealt with Rodney. Our trip is in November so cannot comment on the itinerary or the accommodation, hence 4 *. From the time my enquiry was submitted I always had prompt responses which made the booking process very easy (I do like face to face usually). Their tours do seem reasonable, if all goes well in November, i would use them again.
