Excellent experience! Called on Wednesday to book a quote which happened the very next day, and the new carpets were fitted on the following Tuesday. Really quick and friendly and professional - will definitely use again.

I don’t recommend this company. The two workmen totally ruined my door frames and skirting boards and floors as well as the awful job done to my hard flooring. I had the floor skimmed to be extra flat and it’s now rippled.
They invalidated my new home 2 year warranty as they tried to move sinks and toilets without telling me and caused leaks I had to pay to fix. I also had to pay for a decorator to repaint my skirting boards and mend the door frames they had hacked into. They told me I had to get rid of all the remnants which I took to the tip, the tip staff asked me to remove the mixed remnants out of the bags to sort into relevant skips, I put my hand in only to find loose Stanley blades in there. I contacted the manager who brushed me off with a lighthearted sorry. So I contacted the owner of this company back in May 2024 and I haven’t had a response. I also included 64 photos of the shoddy work.
I’m disgusted that my brand new home has been ruined by this company.

From the first point of contact to the end product I can’t thank the team enough.

They were prompt with their samples and efficient with fitting.

We liaised with Ben and he was professional with his opinion and listened to our ideas. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our order and exceeded any expectations from start to finish.

Having just moved into a new build, the flooring was a big step for us in making a house a home and we’re so glad The Flooring Outlet could facilitate that for us.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else and can highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from ordering artificial grass in their showrooms to delivery. Staff are really friendly and helpful, prices really good. Communication all the way through delivery was brilliant. Delivery guys great and very helpful

Great service in the warehouse. Also came to the house measure and advise the best way to fit carpet. Did not rush us at all. The fitters two very nice polite lads . Very fast very good. Would mist defiantly use them again .
