Beautiful trousers. I’m very happy 😊

I came across this company by accident and had a browse. I found the most beautiful pair of trousers, in a deep forest green, I took a gamble on the size as there didn’t appear to be a size guide, bought a medium, I have just received them and they are perfect. I love them. I am a short 5ft size 10, I will need to shorten the length, pretty standard for me. The fabric is lovely, fit fabulous, well made, I’m so happy.
Ordered on Tuesday, swift response & updates, arrived Saturday. I will undoubtedly use Forest again & recommend to others without a doubt.
My only suggestion for any improvements would be to include a clothing size guide on the website.
My trousers arrived beautifully packaged.
I will be wearing them a lot.

Beautiful glass jigger! I've been searching for a nice one for years and this company had what I wanted.

Delivered quickly in packaging befitting a Fabergé Egg! A bit OTT, I thought, but was 99% recyclable. Thank you!

Had to be refunded through credit card dispute

I ordered an item in early November and I received an email a couple of weeks later stating that it would have been out of stock until January, so I asked for a refund. I reminded them about it after three weeks, but have never received any reply. I eventually got my money back through credit card dispute. I am glad my bank sorted this, but the shop's behaviour was shocking.

I received my cotton mattress within a…

I received my cotton mattress within a week of the new stock arriving. It fits perfectly on top of my futon mattress to give me the added support I needed when sitting in the chair. Nice stripe. It has carry handles so I can take it with me when I am out abd about too. Light to carry.

Excellent product and customer service

The scarf I ordered was lovely and as described. I had to contact a lovely lady called Elaine due to a mix up with the initial order. Having sent the product back, it was returned to me promptly and as per my instructions. I cannot fault either the product itself or the excellent customer service. Would certainly recommend using this company.

7 weeks and still no sign & no update from retailer

I ordered an item 13th December and it has still not arrived. I was very patient over the festive period and they stayed in contact and said it would be delivered by 31st December. Still nothing, constant messages stating it has been delayed again and then promising postage by the 19th January, I have messaged to say it has not arrived and have now heard nothing back. I do not like to complain but nearly 7 weeks since I ordered. I would not recommend.

I would strongly recommend avoiding…

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. I ordered 36 “Personalised Check Scarves in a Luxury Gift Box” as Christmas gifts for our junior colleagues. Most of the gifts arrived late, and the final one arrived only a week ago, long after Christmas.

I contacted both the seller and Not On The High Street customer service. No explanation was provided, the seller did not respond for days, and no compensation or meaningful support was offered.

Most importantly, it was embarrassing and upsetting to have to explain to our colleagues why their Christmas gifts did not arrive in time, especially when they were intended as a thank-you for their hard work throughout the year.

This was a very negative experience, and I am sharing it to help others avoid a similar situation.

Paid & no product

Paid & no product! 10 weeks on & still waiting for delivery of a mirror. I ordered through Not on the High Street so I didn’t even think to check online reviews, I’m not so disappointed and frustrated, With a concern I may not even receive a refund. Don’t make the same mistake as me with ordering online given my experience along with the other reviews.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered two gin goblets. How I wish I hadn't bothered. They eventually arrived yesterday in a flimsy box (clearly a reused box), wrapped only in tissue paper in a box filled with cellophane. No protection for the glasses whatsoever. Well guess what? They were both broken when they got here. Impossible to get hold of this company - the phone number is probably a scam number because it just rings and rings and then cuts off and emails are ignored. I wish to goodness I had read the reviews of this waste of a company before parting with my money. Please don't order anything from them, go elsewhere!!

Avoid this company!! Misleading returns policy, no communication, they keep your money

Avoid this company!! No refund provided. Several emails to them, one reply at first giving information on how to return, then nothing despite chasing, radio silence. Therefore misleading sales / returns policy and very shoddy customer service. Used the company in good faith but definitely not reciprocated. Purchased from them through Not on the High Street, but you then have to go direct to Forest and Co for the refund. Would never use again. If could give no stars I would.

Take your money but don't send the goods

Have been waiting since August last year for my goods. Constantly chasing. Finally got a response on email. Apologised and said would send items. Still waiting. Wouldn't recommend using this company.

STEER CLEAR

STEER CLEAR, ordered via Not on the Highstreet 6th December. Seller still not accepted the order 10th December. Contacted them through Not on the Highstreet account. No reply. Messaged via Instagram. No reply. Noticed pending transaction on my banking just disappeared. If you are going to cancel the order at least have the decency to tell me.

Hi ordered a item through Not on the High street and after 3 days checked Forest & Co on the order and they had not accepted after 3 e-mails 2 txt and trying to call them no response from Forest & Co had to contact Not on the High street who cancelled my order , i feel The Forest & Co are a scam company so be wary i recommend not to purchase anything from them as from my experience they dont accept or deliver any items BE AWARE

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! I bought a top online which didn't arrive. The phone just cuts off after a few rings but I did get a reply by email. I was told that she had been let down by her supplier and therefore she didn't actually have the top in stock. I did get a refund on the 15th day (this is the minimum time before the bank can issue a Chargeback). I feel fortunate to have received the refund having read the negative reviews but I would have preferred to have the top.
VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!
