I have been using The fork for a few years, and I could use great discounts and opportunities. Never had a single problem. Nice communication. I sometimes get a bit too many notifications on my phone, but no big deal. I will continue using TheFork and spread the word!

Great App, very easy to use, clear and provides all required information. Used many times and helped me save a lot of money with their super discounts. I also use The Fork Pay, I find it extremely easy and useful.

TheFork seems to be a nice application where you can book tables and eat. All is perfect if there is no issue. If you encounter an issue and you try contacting theFork you will understand that they are only a promoting site/app and they really do not care about customers at all. Customer service is only there to close tickets and not help you. This is very dissapointing

Lots of discounts across Europe, as high as 50%. We've used in UK, Spain & Portugal, so far.
Very simple to use.
Even if there is no discount at your chosen restaurant its the quickest way to make a reservation.
Earn reward points too.

This App is really helpful to plan any kind of dining out, at home or away.

Previous experience prior Thursday was 5/5.
Returned Thursday for cassoulet (on line menu).
Out of Cassoulet, she decided to have Sole. Poorly boned, no texture, ate about 40%. I had veal chop, very good. Waiter-no English, had to ask 3 times for water-he did not understand. Tried to get change to tip coat check person. Almost impossible. No help after paying bill to move tables to leave. Seated in banquette. Restaurant very busy and louder than last visit.

A useful way to find the type of restaurant you are after. Very convenient and the reviews give insight into the quality of the food, service and ambience.

Very handy and practical, mostly easy to navigate, good and easy functions e.g. changing/modifying reservations.
Choice restaurants generally good (with one horrible exception)

Although I find TheFork very good app I just cancelled a group booking at Ruby M Restaurent in Rayners Lane as they didn’t offer any vegan dishes on menu and on ringing them told that they will not be able to cook any vegan dishes either!
Very disappointed to see a vegan unfriendly Restaurent in 2025!
I guess RubyM’s loss!

Have booked restaurants with the fork for over 2 years, the platform is easy

My experience was good because they organize had been perfect

Easy to book and the discount always helps as the Saffron Lounge in Benidorm was very good value for money and the food was excellent

I think the app needs a facelift; nevertheless, it is a great app, especially when compared with other similar apps. Love the options of creating lists and quickly proceeding with a reservation when finding the right restaurant. need to continue to add more restaurants, it is my go-to app when wanting to eat out, for personal or business meals.

I had an old account that I had used when I was living in another country. Yesterday I logged into it and updated my address, phone number, etc. to match the new country I'm living in.

The next day I receive an email saying my account was banned for having fake details, hello? I just updated my details precisely to make them correct.

Contacted agent support and they said they will keep my account banned.

What a terrible service, will not use this platform again.
