Hi ordered YSL Kouros Monday, dispatched later that day, received relevant product in original unopened box Thursday afternoon able to track Royal mail service all the way. The best place to buy your fragrance from

Delivery was within the specified timeframe. The tester I bought was in a plain box labelled with the product name and 'tester'. The bottle is branded and full and unused with a lid and looks and smells genuine - the same as my previous one that I bought in a department store, so I'm very happy with my purchase, especially as it was at a great price.

The company is doing all the right things

The aftershave arrived today and the box it came in and said tester not for sale and when I opened it, the product had no lid on it, which makes it completely useless to take anywhere.

Pleased that I found the product but it took 3 weeks to arrive

I have emailed proof to the company and I am waiting for this to be rectified.

Would definitely not recommend this to anybody. Only god knows what is actually inside my headache inducing bottle of “Versace Eros edp”.

The selling of counterfeit goods undermines the authenticity of the entire website and therefore this company should be avoided at all cost. How can you be certain that what you’re buying is actually real?

It possibly could be a supplier issue but that doesn’t excuse the criminal offence of selling counterfeit goods as authentic.

I bought viktor and rolf for £59.99 but 3 days later recieved an email stating I was refunded but no excuse why. My bank is pretty quick dealing with refunds but I am still waiting for the refund and an explanation from the numerous emails I have sent and had neither a response or refund. £59.99 is alot of money for me. I bought the perfume as my daughter passed away recently and this reminded me of her. I have neither perfume or daughter let alone reason or refund. Feel let down.
