I have been working with The Free Website Guys for about six months now, and I am quite satisfied with the level of service they provide. In an industry where communication can often be a bottleneck, their team stands out for their timely and accurate responses.

What I appreciate most, however, is the personalized and kind attention they bring to the table. They don’t just treat you like another ticket; they genuinely care about the project's success and make the entire process feel collaborative. I usually create my own websites but I was curious to see how the people at The Free Website Guys operate. I needed a simple but good website for my podcast and I didn't want spend too much time on it myself, so I took the opportunity to work with them. Mainly Sven was the one I was communicating with and he was very professional and understanding. He had a lot of patience and followed-up frequently. Ofcourse it wasn't completely free (hosting is still a thing), because that would make it very hard for them to have a business but the costs you save, might be interesting for people wanting a clean website.

When they reached out to me, I thought it was a scam, but I was so surprised. They really live up to their name. They built an entire site for me at the cost of the domain, which they cannot control. They talked to me, reached out at each step, and gave me a ton of advice on everything I need. I even paid a little bit more for the domain, and they even made me a Logo. I added it because it was super inexpensive, and I got a real top-quality result for the low cost that I paid. I am not sure how they do it, but I hope they keep doing great work for people who really need the help, which I did.
