I got a beaker bong and I had an issue. I had to wait for the coil to get cold and still find myself waiting sometimes so I have purchased and additional coil. If you purchase a bong be sure to get yourself a second coil other than that best investment I've ever made. Most improved smoke sesh ever.

The freeze pipe is exactly as advertised. I bought the hand Pipe spiral. I absolutely love it! You can take such big hits and you really don’t feel it or if you want to take smaller hits, you can do that as well. I love the removable bowl piece. I would recommend buying a spare one, but one will do You just fine as well.

Not worth the price, it's way to difficult to use, and don't waste money on the stone holder, it's not worth getting. The mouth piece is awkward and does not lend itself to use, there should ahve been a rubber tip sonce the entire thing is frozen. It is hard to hold onto as well for the same reason and when it becomes easier to hold onto the cold marketing is not there anymore. it is just a poor design all around and I wold not waste any more money on it.

Worst customer service. Substandard product. Absolute GIMMICK mini dab rig banger broke 4th time it was heated. Broke at the stem hot bowl crashed on stainless steel tray on my lap...... less than a day later the extended glycerin chamber broke while simply lifting it up BY THE BASE, because it was to top heavy.
Standard freeze pipe bowls fall out so don't use it in bed...products Substandard for the price and most importantly they are DANGEROUS!!!!

I bought a spiral freeze pipe and it's not what was described. I still cough a lot so the tokes aren't any smoother than the rest of my smoking devices. I dont recommend this to anyone it's a gimmick so now I have a cool $80 pipe to look at.

Good glass. Great smoke. I've had many bongs and recyclers looking for a nice clean smoke that carries flavor tell the end. These definitely do.

I was sold the first time I saw the product. I am a medicinal user, and I bought a freeze pipe on the advice of my pulmonologist- who advised that if I was going to smoke anyway (he officially advised against that, of course) that the Freeze Pipe could mitigate some of the thermal damage from smoking. Thanks Freeze Pipe!

Our hand pipe gives smooth, chilly rips for sure, but I’d prefer a piece that’s a tad bit smaller for smaller (ladies’) hands like mine. It doesn’t stay super frosty for as long as we’d like, but we have a cold stone on its way so hopefully that will help. Also not a super fan of the removable bowl…. Not because it’s removable, but because it doesn’t have a gasket or anything to keep it secure so it is only a matter of time before it falls out while passing the pipe around. That said, neither “complaint” is troublesome enough to remove a star from the rating.
Overall we are quite happy with our Freeze Pipe, would order again, and definitely recommend to others.

I would give them a minus it that was available. Ordered one in January got email stating order not complete. Followed email got charged again. Two prices for same item. Emails to customer service go ignored until I dispute charges. Got first pipe very awkward to use. Still fighting over second charge emails from them stating it was my bank. Credit card charge so sent them copies both charges. Second pipe shows up. No order number for second pipe how convenient and they state no returns. It was unopened. I argued I did not order a second and the scam email they sent caused the second order. They agree to take back but my expense to ship and insure Then they want copy of receipt for tracking send that with package and email correspondence. They again ask for it and again sent email.. They refund only the 118.95 but not the difference in charge for the same product at 132.95 and they do not refund shipping and insurance to return a product I did not order. They are not responding to emails requesting the almost 50$ I'm out

The mouthpiece on my bubbler cracked and customer service was fast and friendly. They got my issues handled in a very quick manner.
