I've always been a GRAV Labs guy.........but Freeze Pipe is the shizzy. My first order was a Bong Pro and a Revolver XL hand pipe followed shortly thereafter by a Beaker Bong Ultimate and another spiral hand pipe. I was so impressed with their performance and the smoothness of each hit I caved in and ordered the mini dab rig and the DNA hand pipe. Not only do these bongs/pipes perform....they look great too! I am constantly getting compliments on their design. Heck....my Mom thinks it's the coolest vase she's ever seen. The concept of the glycerin and its impact on the overall smoking experience still blows my mind. Just a couple of hints...handle with care. Some parts are very delicate and seem like they could break if handled improperly. Also, as someone else mentioned, the glass bowls for the hand pipes are not attached - they are designed to be removed. It's easy to unintentionally turn the pipe and have the bowl fall out and break or spill lit flower on your carpet.

Freeze pipe is a wonderful company and thankfully their website is very easy to maneuver!

I really like the quality of the glass pipes crafted by The Freeze Pipe Company. There is a notable difference using the frozen glycerin; it's a winner! I'm 66-years-old and a medical marijuana patient in Massachusetts. If you would like to have a smoother smoking experience, you can't do any better than The Freeze Pipe(s).

I have the megabong with an ash catcher. It's the smoothest setup that I've ever used. Everyone who comes over and tries seems to agree with that sentiment. Even when they bring their bongs over to compare them, nothing seems to match up. I'm sure there's always something better out there, but this is really good stuff. The glass is nice and thick, and it seems to be pretty well made. It took me 2 years to break my first part of it so I would call that pretty good for me.

This is my second purchase! The first one i loved so much I'm gifting one to my sister for her birthday!!!! Have had no problems with the product it works like it should and even better. You want a great smooth hit buy it!!!!

I love this pipe!! It doesn’t burn when you take a hit not to mention I only smoke about half as much now per day I used to smoke joints no coughing. I recommend this to anyone who smokes on a regular basis.

Fake company, will not ship your products to you! Do not buy anything from this "company" they will steal your money l, not ship you what you order, and will not respond to your email inquiries or answer the phone. Straight garbage!

Complete scam, this company is trash! I ordered 2 products from them, well over 250 dollars. Paid for expedited shipping on the 4th of January, my packages are apparently "lost"(yeah right) I have contacted their customer service through email everyday since my package was lost (10 days) with literally 0 response. Do not buy anything from these people, it is a scam, they will take your money and not send you anything. Straight garbage!

Forced to pay for a replacement bubbler after it broke. Company guarantees durability of items and charged me $57 to replace the bubbler. It should’ve been free. I won’t buy again but the product itself is good. Not great (Dabs melt down into chamber/“nectar collector” but it’s very messy and difficult to use properly. Works best with flower with concentrate on top, shatter alone or ahlny concentrate just melts right through (the bowl is not great either).

I was sent the wrong size ash catcher. I like their products but their customer service is awful. I tried for over a month to get ahold of them. Calling, emailing even the chat provided on their website. When I finally did get a hold of them I was provided with a return shipping label and the promise then I would be shipped the correct item when I shipped the one I had. I shipped it, it's now been a week and I have tried to contact them for an update. Through the means in which they finally communicated with me. I have yet to hear back from them. So now I don't have an ash catcher and they still have my money.

The freeze pipe spiral is my go to pipe. It’s easy to clean. Easy to see the smoke amount.Nice honeycomb bowl with silicone gasket which holds the smoke in better. From what I’ve experienced this company produces a sells a solid thick glass bongs. One of the best I found.

Most fragile glass iv ever used. Bubbler broke 5 days after getting it when the pipe tipped over didn't even fall. The $75 replacement showed up broke and got crickets from customer support

Love the glass, love the chill. Hate that my dog broke another pipe; but here I am buying a replacement, so win some, lose some. It is so easy to clean these parts and that's why I'm purchasing again.

I love the small pipe so we'll I bought a bubbler, I can't vwait to try.

Just be certain that you are very gentle with the removable bowl. Is extremely fragile. It cost $10 for a replacement and trust me you can easily break one using the paper clip or a pipe cleaner. You might be better off taking it out and soaking it in vinegar and baking soda. The manufacturer should actually tell you that. That's malpractice on their part
