Delivery was meant to be a birthday present to my 38 year old son - but the DPD driver made very little effort to get his attention.
First time my son spotted the DPD van out of the lounge window (upstairs) but heard nothing. Next thing he saw the driver moving off.
The second time he was in the kitchen waiting, next to the front door at the correct slot time, but the driver was so quiet that delivery failed yet again. Doorbell was definitely working, as he tested it immediately afterwards!
Not Fuss Club's fault, but very disappointing.
Third time, neither he nor I were even notified by DPD as to when the delivery slot was to be.

Great company. Fantastic choice of beers and breweries, they stock Yonder and Otherworld who are some of my faves along with classics like Polly's. Not too badly priced, with great sales and discounts (the 3 for £10 is always worth a look). Easy to use site, speedy dispatch delivery and they gave me a free pin badge this time too, how nice. Very seamless service, quality.
