Bottles arrived damaged
Bottles arrived damaged, was assured replacements would be issued and on being asked when needed, told they would arrive in time. I needed them for my husband's after funeral gathering. Replacements were NOT sent despite advising of the need and being assured they would be sent to me as soon as the damaged bottles were received back. I was horrified instead to have been refunded and had to reorder though the replacement order arrived too late as had been my concern all along. This was poor at best. Incredibly upset and disappointed. Will keep the replacements for another date but I was very upset they'd not been dispatched as promised as I could have reirdered when this was discussed as then they'd have arrived on time and I could have been refunded after the damaged bottles arrived back with the supplier

Paid £160 for don julio 1942, my favourite drink. Received the cheap £60 version. And they are unwilling to refund the difference. Will not use again.

I ordered a 2017 Chateau Musar for my wedding anniversary. I received a 2018 Chateau musar which isn’t a bad wine but didn’t hit the mark for the year we married. Simple mistake but the invoice says it’s a 2017 and so does my order confirmation. I couldn’t even be bothered to return it. If you can’t offer a solution I’m afraid I won’t be shopping with you again..

Excellent as an aperitif, but I find it so moreish when poured over vanilla ice cream. I use Kelly’s Cornish vanilla clotted cream ice cream.
