Service was very good. Concern that the w pieces were not very sturdy, so the glass panels were not fixed tightly.

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend the clips for use with twin-wall polycarbonate rather than glass as it is a lot lighter weight. We don't deal in glass at all so wouldn't feel able to suggest you use glass panels with them.

Advice and support given at time of making order - good
Delivery within agreed window very good,
Only issue Delivery company was expected to give 24 hours notice which did not happen. Order placed on front driveway over night or early morning, not sure, as they did not make contact. Quite a suprise to see items on drive when we opened up.
Other wise products good and well packed from the company, Thanks.

Polycarbonate roofing panels
This was one of the few places I could find 6mm bronze colour panels as most other companies only started at 10mm bronze. Website super easy to use, just put measurements in and they arrived a week later. What's not to like. Definitely will use again.

The polycarbonate sheets are delivered on the manufacturer's own vehicles to make sure they get there safely and they only come to Wales on a weekly run. Unfortunately depending on circumstances, it can take a little longer than for some of our other customers. We actually get charged considerably more than £25 for the delivery so I feel your pain.
