Customer service is non-existent. I’ve emailed twice through the link on their website, called a physical store (I live in another state), and I still can’t get anyone to respond or help despite talking to a manager at their brick and motor. I won’t patronize this store again. I’m happy to remove this review if someone answers my emails/calls and does what the website promises…free returns!

Although their track and trace link suggests my package was delivered, nothing was received. No response from their Customer Service to provide me with a delivery confirmation or any response at all. Don't waist your money here!!!

As a retail shop owner I love finding small local business to have in my store. When I found The Great PNW I was excited to have their merch in my shop. However, their customer service is absolutely awful. I had a wholesale account set up through a rep where I would pre order 6-8 months in advance. On multiple occasions when it came time to receive my order, multiple items would be missing or backordered with zero notice. Then, when you reach out to the company (even multiple times) there is zero response. The quality of the merch is subpar for how much it retails for. After a couple of washes the prints on the hoodies and tees start to crack. I won't continue to do business with a company that values profits over their customers.

Placed an order with Great PNW company and had an issue with sizing but they will not even respond to requests. They are happy to take your money but do not expect any customer service when you have an issue. Tried THREE times to contact them but they have just ignored me. Crazy how a company can stay in business with this type of Customer Service. Think twice before placing an order!
