I had an issue today with a discount coupon not applying at checkout so contacted the guys on telegram to sort it out.
They couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful and within 5 mins everything had been sorted out and my coupon applied. 😊
Another thing I’d like praise is the delivery times which from ordering to my door is within 48hrs. Exceptional service and products.

Website and payments are really easy to navigate; customer service is always informative, prompt and professional and delivery is usually incredibly swift.
There was a slight delay (just a day) in getting my order but customer service were spot on, v apologetic and kept me informed.
Products to me are good past a certain price point, which can then get expensive quickly - it’d be cool to see them offer bundles (like some other places do) when buying multiple items.

I have been using the green route from the start which I think is a good few years now, they have provided stellar service every time. Now a couple of times I haven’t received what they have posted but every time it has been reposted at a loss to them. In all my communications with the help desk they seem like good people, which in this business is unusual to say the least. I am really grateful for them and long may they continue to provide this much needed community service.
