Horrible experience and I highly recommend no one believes these products can work, I spent almost $200 to "try" to relieve my sciatica pain with these sheets. I followed the instructions and their recommendation of time to try them - They did Nothing to help me at all!
I followed the return instructions exactly. It has been over 4 months since my package was delivered to Grounding, and they have done nothing other than continuing to email me back that they are "working" on my return and credit......FOR OVER FOUR MONTHS!!!!
This company and the supposed owner Kerry are a complete Sham.

Web site was easy to navigate and learn about The Grounding Co products. The purchase process was quick and very simple. My products arrived quickly, right in my mailbox.

Exceptional customer service, price, and product.

I heard and read information about grounding sheets and it was a different thought about health that I had never considered but thought that it might help with some of my issues since my accident five years ago. So I decided to find out who had the best product based on quality and cost by having perplexity look into it which led me to your company. After receiving sheets and installing them I was hoping for some good results while knowing it would probably take awhile to notice any effects but after sleeping on them for the first time I woke up feeling more rested then I've felt in five years since a thirty foot fall. I also felt more mentally clear and good. That is something I haven't felt since my accident that I suffered a severe TBI along with a broken back +. Even my wife was pleasantly surprised the difference she felt. Later in the day I saw something that reminded me of something I dreamed about the night before. My wife reminded me that I hadn't dreamed since my accident! We came to the conclusion that it had to be the sheets because nothing else has changed! That is why we would strongly recommend that if anybody is having trouble with sleep, pain, and any cognitive items !

One of my cousins, I consider a sister, introduced me to grounding/earthing to help with the excruciating pain I was dealing with. Her son introduced her to grounding and she told me to try it to see if it would lessen my pain.

I used her earthing pad and socks one night she stayed at our house. In the morning, she asked how I felt. I had less pain in my back where it hurt the worst. She purchased the book Earthing on my Kindle for me to read.

I have had scoliosis growing up, osteoporosis due to meds I took for epileptic seizure control, spinal stenosis, headaches and peripheral neuropathy. The grounding fitted silver sheet has been wonderful. Helps lots with scoliosis being bent like an "S" in my spine and lower back stiffness. I've been getting better sleep for longer periods of time.

I'm no longer on pain meds. I'm 2 1/2 years seizure free after 65+ years of epileptic seizures due to car accident when I was year and half. Drilled burr holes in my scull to relieve pressure off the brain back in 1957. Scars on my head caused epilepsy.

I've been exercising my whole adult life trying any type of exercise to relieve pain in my body. I've done 3 triathalons, the Disney marathon in 2013, Pilgrim Pacer Run in 2012 and several other 20-mile bike races.

I'm swimming 3 miles a week - finished 144 miles so far this year. It's great because being in the pool, I'm grounded. Takes me about 50 minutes to swim a mile.

I go barefoot outside in the grass and on the basement floor to be grounded. Basement helps when it's too cold out to go barefoot to still be grounded.

We (my husband & I) sleep on the grounded fitted silver sheet every night. He hasn't had any problems with sinus infections this last Winter since sleeping grounded.

I purchased an oversized grounding pad to exercise on. I rest on the oversized grounded pad when my back is needing to straighten out (scoliosis "S") and the pain goes away. I use the regular pad for in the kitchen and sitting at the computer or sitting at the table to eat.

I have a regular silver sheet a friend gave to me. I love it - wrap up in it when I hurt and relax. Pain gets less and/or goes away.

It's nice to have to travel with & it's not bulky. I don't leave home without my grounded silver gear.

I thank the Lord for bringing this to light & allowing people to share what they know about God giving us the green earth to heal. Keep shining your light!!

I think I have been sleeping better since day one. I put the mat in the bed and I started sleeping better immediately. I’ve been sleeping amazing and when I took the sheet off to wash it, I had trouble again. The things I don’t like is not knowing if it’s actually turned on and is grounding. There should be a mechanism that shows that it’s turned on or some sort of heat or light or give us whatever we need in the package to test it. Two there was no instructions in the package whatsoever. I had no idea what I was supposed to do why there was four plugs and only one cord. It didn’t even say look online for directions just nothing.

Thirdly, as I was carrying the mat from room to room, I know all of a sudden the cord got stuck on something and broke. I contacted the company and they made me pay $16 for shipping to get another cord. I think they should’ve replaced the cord for free.
And fourth, there was nothing said about getting a second cord and putting it on the other side of the bed but now I’ve been hearing through the grapevine that two cords is better than one. They should really put a manual in with it and give you directions on how to use it and something to test that it’s actually working. How do I know if the sheet stops working after so many washes?

They are liars. After they apologized many times for the delay in my refund, now they said they refunded me on March 6th which never happened. I ordered on 2/19/26 and tried to cancel 1 hour after I mistakenly purchased these.

Easy to buy and easy to choose from the options provided

I received the wrong size sheet in Feb. I have emailed the company several times and have not received the correct size for my bed as of today, April 20th. I have received several emails with my original order but no answers to any of my questions. I have asked for a replacement and a phone number to call and speak with a representative but not have received either one. I would not order from this company as their customer service is not accommodating.

This company responded to my questions and I received my order promptly. Directions were easy to understand and I look forward to a better night sleep!

Slept well thru my first night. Hoping for more!

I’m very pleased. The shipping process went smoothly and quickly.
My sleep improved upon the first night I slept on the sheets.
By the third morning after sleeping on the sheets I had no back or hip pain. I’m blown away that I am rising in the mornings without moaning and grimacing.

The purchase process was easy, and the product description and unique differences in preserving effectiveness convinced me to try it.

I was very happy to receive my order in a timely position and that it is correct. Ordering from a company the 1st time can be scary because you don't know if you will receive what you ordered or just lost money

The fitted sheet has elastic all the way around it; so, it grips well. It does not tend to form wrinkles in the middle, where one lies. This is more comfortable than the other grounding sheets I have tried.
Also, this sheet and pillowcase have a very smooth and luxurious feel.

I've never written a negative review, but I feel everyone needs to be warned about this business and owner (Kerry Stowell). If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner is not truthful, at all. We received the Terra Grounding bed sheet 11/15/2025 ($173.90). It didn't seem to have any effect at all, so on 12/4/2025, I emailed the company asking how to start a return - to take advantage of the 30 night money back guarantee. I didn't hear back from Kerry for 8 days - 12/12/2025. He asked for photos. I sent them. He offered us 25% and then 50% off our order to keep it. I said we really didn't want to do that. We shipped our order back (paying $22.00 in shipping fees) on 12/15/2025. I gave Kerry the tracking number as he requested on the same day. On 1/17/2026 I sent an email to them when I checked the tracking number and saw they had received my return on 12/18/2025 and we still hadn't received a refund. I didn't hear back from Kerry on the 1/17/2026 email until 6 days later, 1/23/2026. His standard reply has been "We've been receiving a high volume of messages over the past few days". On 1/23/2026, he confirmed that "a request has now been submitted to our finance team to process the refund as soon as possible". As of today, 4/18/2026, we haven't received our refund. They've had my returned order since 12/18/2025. Do not use this company, they aren't to be trusted.
