Not only do they make a wonderful product but they have wonderful customer service. When my friend had some issues with a purchase they were very conscientious and worked with her and tried very hard to resolve the issue. While I am not looking for a quick fix resolution, I am feeling better and know that I will be feeling even more better in the time ahead.

The grounding sheets, though likely overpriced, were delivered on time, high quality and work as expected. However, in the purchasing process, I (perhaps missed some fine print) was signed up for some VIP subscription and began being charged $18.65 every 3-4 weeks (increasingly shorter intervals between charges). After the second charge, I contacted the company via email to ask for reimbursement and cancellation of the subscription. It took several days for a reply, but I was promised that a reimbursement would be sent in 7-10 business days. 12 business days later, I have yet to receive a reimbursement and was charged for another $18.65!! Choose another company!!!

Purchase process was easy. Product was highly rated by a scientist from the Mayo clinic.

My buying experience was so simple. I am looking forward to spending more time in my bed and hopefully I experience less body aches and pains.

I ordered these sheets and used the mat for while before I even opened the sheets.. when I decided they would be more trouble then they are worth.. I returned them!! I have been emailing them for 3 MONTHS and keep getting put off that the refund would take 7-10 days. I have seen NOTHING!! so much for their guarantee!!

Ordering was easy, glad it has guarantee. Just starting using today, will have to judge down the road.

My wife ordered from The Grounding Company in Dec. 2025, requested return Jan. 18, items were returned as specified. Refund was promised over and over with nothing forthcoming as of April 2026. All we get is the same repeated responses and runaround. It's apparent that many others are having the same problem with refunds. This company is not to be trusted, do not order from them if you might need a refund, you will NEVER GET IT!

The company wanting constructive feedback is great. Maybe it was in the info somewhere but knowing what percentage of those who tried it that it actually helped so my expectations would be accurate! Sadly, as of now, just over a month on Sheets and pillow case have not resulted in any recognizable benefit to my pain levels. Thanks for listening!

It was easy to buy this and the producers were friendly.

I bought the sheets no sure if they were going to work. After almost 2 months of using the sheets, I have noticed I sleep longer and don't wake up as many times throughout the night. Just wish they offered a flat sheet with the fitted sheet.

Horrible experience and I highly recommend no one believes these products can work, I spent almost $200 to "try" to relieve my sciatica pain with these sheets. I followed the instructions and their recommendation of time to try them - They did Nothing to help me at all!
I followed the return instructions exactly. It has been over 4 months since my package was delivered to Grounding, and they have done nothing other than continuing to email me back that they are "working" on my return and credit......FOR OVER FOUR MONTHS!!!!
This company and the supposed owner Kerry are a complete Sham.
